Two of the main "moderates" on this forum -- Cleon and Parky -- turn out rather differently than they think.

Parky's posts are practically identical to the reaction of Hamas' leader about the incident (I'm serious), not only in their content, but in their combination of contempt and insensate rage toward the Jews.

Cleon's "different" "Palestine Solidarity" "peace" group turns out to be the same as the other death-to-the-Jews similar groups: 20% let's-kill-the-Jews folks, 80% useful idiots.

This shows the degree to which white-hot hatred and rallying behind Hamas had taken over the so-called "moderate peace camp".

By your standards, Germany was the wronged side in WWII, because the Americans killed about ten times of them to those they killed in return.

The difference is simple: Hamas' goal is genocide and extermination. Israel's goal is to survive. That Hamas might not be as good as it as it wants -- not managing to kill as many Jews as they wish -- doesn't change the fact that its goal is genocide and is method to indisriminately kill as many Jews as they can.

This makes Hamas a terrorist organization, and not Israel. You support Hamas and call this "freedom fighting". If there is a double standard here, it is in your claim to want peace and yet support an organization whose openly stated goal is genocide.

Perhaps you support them due to their educational children TV, religious sermons, fascinating historical programs, and so on. Must support freedom and peace, you see.

Isn't that a day late and a dollar short? It appears that Egypt will not respond to whatever Ban Ki-Moon says but waits for a blockade-running flotilla to be raided.
