Ed All 43 videos "Second Hit"" [Explosion]at WTC 2: Plane or No Plane?

jammonius: you make statements that people do not even comprehend, but when asked to explain or clarify them you resort to the stance that you don't play "gotcha". Why can you not clarify your claim that Edna Cintron standing in the opening of WTC1 is proof of no plane crash, but somehow consistent with a DEW event? Those of us less versed in DEW technology than you are don't understand how one event is possible but the other is not with regard to Edna's presence in the opening.

Lurkers,

I have an idea. Since there are 43 known video segments of the second hit, I'll just post up the one corresponding to the page we are on.

We've just turned to page 14 (remember lurkers: post up your own witness experiences if you saw or heard some aspect of 9/11 in person), so here's the 14th video clip "title page."

That one runs for about 14 seconds. The shadow thingy is an odd shape, clearly different from other versions of shadow thingy that appear in other video clips. In this one, shadow thingy moves along at what appears to be a slow pace in comparison with some others. There's no jet sound, but the explosion sound can be heard; albeit faintly.

The imagery supports some sort of animation or holographic process and does not support the claim the shadow thingy is an actual Boeing 767, as I see it.

It starts at 3:30+/- and goes for about 14 seconds. Posters are welcome to view it and offer their comments as to what they think the audio visual information reveals.

It's from a different angle, that is why it looks different. Damn.....

Thank you for sharing your opinion on why the explosion occurs firstly in the wrong place and not at the point of impact.

In my opinion, your attempt to explain away the obvious stupidity of the observed phyrotechnical display; or, as Evan Fairbanks put it, a "bad special effects" is an exercise in rationalization.

all the best

That is not an opinion, it is a fact.

Did Boeing start putting the fuel tanks for the 767's in the nose?

NO, I will not answer your gotcha questions. Look, this is simple. You are not allowed to use the Q&A process to use me to make claims you want to make and can make on your own.

If, for instance, you want to establish that certain expertise helps in explaining the apparent crashes seen on teevee on 9/11, do that.

If, for another instance, you want to establish that you have such credentials and you find them invaluable in enabling you to make such and such claims about the apparent crash dynamics associated with 9/11, then do that.

If you disagree with what I claim then come right out and scream it.

But, as to stupid gotcha games, I do not play them, either as Questioner (Torquemada) or as Answerer (poor converso).

If there's any part of I do not play gotcha games, in either its '20 questions' version or any other version, that you still fail to grasp, then do let me know and I will clarify as patiently as I can under the circumstances.

This is exactly the answer I expected, more meaningless word salad full of nonsense. And, your answer is exactly what I asked you to not do. Actually, a simple “none” would have sufficed, and we could have moved on. If the answer had been yes, it would have added some credence to you statements… would it not?

And no, I don’t play word games, whether they be your “gotcha games” or “20 question” version, or any other manner that may enter your feeble mind. I ask very simple questions, just like any other individual would to verify the veracity of claims made by an individual such as you. I certainly don’t have to play 20 questions, or gotcha games to prove that you have no knowledge of the subject matter; you do that on your own every time you post!

You keep stating, to prove your point, that you can hardly hear any noise from the aircraft involved. Well, a few things come to mind; name one video camera that has a decent sound reinforcement mechanism in it. Also, what is the sound pressure of a 757/767 type aircraft equipped with high bypass-ratio turbofans, at full thrust, approaching you head on? Care to take a stab at it?

Now, on to what seems to be one of your favorite assumptions, namely the thought in your mind that the “explosion” happened in the wrong place. In one of your stills from a video, you show a very low resolution picture of a 757/767, a “blurry thing”, entering into the south face of WTC2. Unless the pilot, or the co-pilot had a fifty gallon drum of jet fuel sitting on his/her lap, no explosion could take place at this time. The aircraft has not entered the building up to its wing root, much less the fuel tanks.

As the aircraft enters the building, at approximately 700’ per second (rounded off for simplicity), the starboard engine and various other parts of the aircraft separate from the aircraft and exits the building on the northeast side, well before (in your time frame) the “explosion” takes place. The fuel, now free of its confines in the wings and fuselage, and moving at a high rate toward the north side of the building, CANNOT burn at this time because it is too rich to burn. As the fuel reaches its explosive limits, it ignites creating a massive fireball, at the NORTH side of the building!

All of this takes place in less than one half second. Try looking at your own videos.

So yes, people do get very short and dismissive of Jammonius and his claims. And part of it is indeed because of what you identified - he certainly does know how to put a unique spin on things - but a great deal of it is from some here having experienced the "GZ is flat" thread in real time. Many here, myself included, already tried to communicate sanely and fairly with him, but we never got reciprocation. We only got a parody of that. And that's why many of us have reached the conclusion that his clowning is simply that: Clowning, and not honest argument. It's more that he's been doing this for years now, and less the actual acts themselves.

... Frankly, I begin to see why. My patience for the polite argument is waning fast, particularly given that we are rapidly reaching a point where further polite discussion is pointless (we can go back and forth at each other saying "well I think this is reasonable" and "well I don't" for far longer than I care to).

In all honesty, what I posted was really just supposed to be a polite way to tell him I think his conclusions are, well, fairly stupid, without actually saying so.

Well, ok. However, the audio recorded voices as voices, emergency sirens as emergency sirens and everything else as and for what it was. That such technology would not be able to capture what should have been the single loudest source of sound, jet engines at 140dB at their source, is, to me, inexplicable absent an assertion that no such thing happened.

Without knowing what technology was used to make the recordings, I can't say with any degree of certainty why it would or would not have been able to pick up the noise from the jetliner. Simple distance is a major factor, though - sound, like any number of other things, decreases in intensity very quickly with distance.

I don't think your above explanation is all that clear or consistent. You seem to vacilate on the essentials. Would you mind clarifying the above?

In so doing, would you please consider the recent psych experiment where people were told to give increasingly powerful electronic jolts based on the authority of a person in a "lab coat." The labcoat was the symbol of authority that needed to be "obeyed." Nearly all gave a jolt on command even when they knew it would be deadly. Such is the power of conformity.

I think you understate that power.

Ah, you're quoting the Milgram experiments at me. That has more to do with obedience - obeying what is thought to be a legitimate authority. Which, come to think of it, might be a factor if the government had anything to do with this. Even so, "nearly all" is not true. It was about 60%, if I remember correctly (yeah, Wikipedia says 65%, 26 out of 40.) Still a majority, but there would be a significant number of dissenters. I'll also point out that in one of the variations, in which there were two more participants who disagreed with the authority, the rate at which people agreed to go along with the authority drops to 10%. If we compare this to 9/11, with the government's official story as the authority and the public in general as the participants... well, truthers should comprise anywhere from the 40% that disagreed in the first to the 90% that disagreed in the second. This doesn't appear to be the case.

And as long as I'm discussing psychology, the Asch conformity experimentsWP are also relevant, perhaps more so given the circumstances. In short, people had to look at three lines, then say which was the longest. When people before them consistently gave the wrong answer, about 75% did so on at least some of the questions. Again, there were variations; there are two important effects that they illustrate. One I already mentioned - when the "lines" problem was replaced with a simulated police lineup, conformity dropped as the test subjects decided to value correctness instead. Also, even one dissenter in the group caused the test subjects' resistance to conformity to rise dramatically. Neither of these phenomena is visible in the real world, if we regard the main population's plane theory as the "incorrect" answer and the no plane theory as the "correct" answer. In short, if the plane theory was actually false, these experiments tell us to expect reasonably high resistance no matter what the "official" answer is. Maybe not a majority, but not the relatively insignificant minority which the truthers appear to be at the moment.

In the absence of knowing what happened, it is foolhardy to say who did it. I do not claim "the government" did 9/11. I do, however, claim that "19 Arabs with boxcutters" did not do it, UNLESS, "19 Arabs" is code for some corporate cabel that included operatives from companies like SAIC and ARA; and unless "boxcutters" is a an acrynym for directed energy weaponry (DEW) just like "daisy cutters" is one for a very large bomb. Do you get my drift here?

Ah, this seems like a contradiction to me. You start by saying it's foolhardy to say who did it and then advance a theory as to agencies responsible... which seems to me like you're trying to say who did it.

No, the issue has nothing whatever to do with claiming someone is a liar. This is simply a matter of what is or is not "evidence." You need to look up and familiarize yourself with the legal definition of the word "hearsay". Newspapers are not evidence because they are hearsay. However, business records, of which the 503 Task Force Statements and the PAPD statements are examples of, count as evidence.

Also, audio visual info may or may not be evidence, depending on whether they can be shown to be authentic.

So, that is all I'm saying. One has to consider the source so as to determine whether the statements are valid or not from the perspective of "evidence" understood by its legal definition.

I won't claim to know the full definition of the hearsay rules, but I assure you, having participated in mock trial and having a brother who still does so, I have at least a passing familiarity with hearsay and several other rules of evidence. You are right in that those newspaper accounts wouldn't be accepted in court due to the possibility that the person lied (or was otherwise inaccurate). However, that person quoted by the newspaper could then be called into court and questioned on their observations, which would then be direct testimony subject to cross-examination and not blocked by hearsay. Simply calling hearsay, for this logical argument, is akin to saying the possibility exists - it doesn't provide any explanation for why that person would have lied or made a mistake.

... Of course, this completely ignores the fact that the definitions of evidence for legal arguments and logical arguments are different.

And that still doesn't account for the reports in the sources you do trust which mention a plane.

I disagree. NO PLANE and PLANE SPOT claims are to be considered by the same standard, not by one that is more favorable to the one than to the other. And, PLANE SPOT claims are not presumed to be correct.

I think you slightly misunderstand me. I am not saying that the plane theory is presumed to be correct. I am saying that any theory, particularly a contentious one like this, must include some way to account for why competing ideas are mistaken. I am challenging the no plane theory's ability to explain why the plane theory advocates are incorrect. I have already pointed out that relatively simple perception problems and distraction could cause someone to miss a plane, particularly in a chaotic environment, which is the plane theory's explanation for the no planers. Even if you disagree, pointing out that the plane theory's explanation may be faulty does nothing to explain why the plane theory is wrong as a whole.

ETA: Forgot to mention that I used my brother as a source regarding the hearsay rule. Maybe not necessary, but I'd rather be cautious... and he pointed out something I forgot to mention. You can treat my discussion of hearsay above as largely his words.

He has written a book: 9/11 finding the truth it's ranked at #1,932,200 lol.

andee you should stop living off welfare and get a real job.

how many DEWs are there andee? they would have had to have 2 to do the plane impact holes cause the holes were opposite sides and they must have different settings on them like one for simulated aircraft hole and another for dustification.
how come the NWO hasn't dustified your house?
your obviously on to the perps so why do they let you live and spread de twoof?
dustifying one house would be a piece of cake for the NWO and i bet your neighbours wouldn't give a damn.

Hey Jammy, which one of these silhouettes is closest to your "Shadowy thing"?

Yah, as a 'lurker' Jam...really...do answer these questions if you want to be taken seriously. You do dont you?

140db "at their source" is pushing the legal limits, wouldn't you say? But, just how far away from the video source were the aircraft in question? Half a mile, a mile, or more?

Bonzo doesn't say there were planes and he's been to college too.
give him one of your bananas,he's earned it hey jammy?

disinfo. You try to ridicule to Truth to discredit it! But I see through your ways, you NWO disinfo agent!

Now learn to think for yourself, sheeple. Who did the CGI, huh, huh? When you say CGI, what do you think of??? Right Hollywood. Obviously! And when you say Hollywood, what do you think of? Huh, huh? Right.. Walt Disney. And why do they call them 'Jumbo jets???' Now look at your keyboard. Where is the 'D?' Now look at the 'J'. Where is it? The 'J' key is the 3rd key from the right. The 'D' is the 3rd key from the left. Coincidence? I think not. They leave clues behind. They meant 'Dumbo Jets', sheeple! Therefore it is 14. Gawd, it is so obvious! Think, use your brains for once! You are sheeple, and I am a genius for unraveling the Truth!

:boxedin:
Sorry, got carried away by the Truth.

Obviously the remains of a horse trailer. ;)

Your guess as to what is shown in the photo is as good as anyone else's guess, including mine. And, your guess as to what is shown in the photo is as bad as anyone else's, including mine.

There is no official determination of what is shown in that photo and, therefore, all anyone can do is guess about what it is and then form strongly held beliefs about what it is, if their emotional makeup is such that they need to have something to believe in. Let's be candid with one another. In connection with 9/11, it is vital to have a belief and it is especially important to believe in the truthfulness of the common storyline, otherwise, very difficult questions about what kind of society we live in would necessarily have to be confronted.

It is well-nigh impossible to confront those questions, imho.

Let me doublecheck, here, am I correct that your guess, nay, your strongly held belief, is that what is seen in the photo is a part of a Boeing 767?

Earth to EventHorizon:

You can believe whatever you want; however, you haven't got any basis in fact for asserting that what is seen is a part of a Boeing 767. If you claim otherwise, then you are engaging in rationalization.

Well, let me doublecheck for accuracy:

I assume you posted the above for purposes of ridicule and/or sarcasm, is that correct?

Had you really wanted to post up a legitimate experiment as to what shadow thingy really looks more like, you would very likely have included a range of choices, say, from a) to d), and perhaps, a fifth, e) corresponding to a "none of the above" choice.

Come to think of it, that might actually be a decent exercise to put into the thread.

Choose:

a)

b)

c)

d)

Would you care to cast your vote first, SamIAm?

I assume you wouldn't propose an exercise without being willing to do it yourself first, would you?
