Amanda Knox guilty - all because of a cartwheel

I really wish you'd get over this PMF obsession. You're here and if you have something to say, say it here.

I have no obsession for PMF. I never talk about it other than on this thread. The most belligerent posters come from PMF so they get the most attention.

I'm pretty sure they would dispose of them, plastic bag and distant garbage can, they had all night and hald the next day - I'm more interested in how the blood got onto the mat to begin with, other than that, there really isn't a lot of blood in the bathroom.

That has somewhat puzzled me as well. Personally, I speculate that Raffaele/Amanda walked to the bathroom to clean themselves up. One of them (Raffaele) stepped on the bathmat.

Whatever traces they left in the hallway were mopped up with a bleach-dilute the next morning. Unfortunately for Amanda/Raffaele, the Postal Police stopped by before they were able to finish cleaning the bathroom.

Again, that's speculation - but it would make sense and helps to explain why Amanda felt the mop was important enough to emphasize it in her alibis.

Aaaaand. There we have it. Bald faced liar.

In regards to the RFU vs pg (measurement terms, the both, btw), I was confused about the difference in measurements and given the crosstalk, misremembered Fulcanelli's unit of measure (pg) as what had more recently been discussed by Fiona, et al (RFU). However, that oversight on my part does not, in any way, mean my point then (nor this one now) is less than valid. My mistake was an honest one - and in the scheme of the point I was making, a mistake that mattered little.

You, however, have not even admitted that you made a mistake. You have attempted to wiggle your way out of a conclusion you, for whatever reason, do not want to face - and this time have been caught lying to do so. At one point, I found this habit of yours merely disingenuous. Following your most recent comment regarding your position on the bleaching of the knife, I now have no compunctions about calling you a liar.

Note that this part may be considered an ad-hominem attack. However, I am doing nothing more than pointing out the duplicity you, yourself, have exhibited here. I have shown, time and again, that your arguments are invalid on their own fallacies - and will continue to do so.

Bob, you and I must be reading two completely different posts. halides1 should stop trying to explain himself to you. You are simply unable to understand him.

Maybe it is too late and I am just not seeing the "lie" but what exactly are you talking about?

They took a mop and bucket and mopped up the hallway? Did they weave in and out and around Guede's bloody shoe prints? Did they then sprinkle dust all around on the floor that is seen in the crime scene videos?

There was no clean up. There is no evidence of any clean up. The luminal stains are undated stains that could have been weeks or months old.

If bleach was used in the hall, the lunimol would have lit up everywhere.

The mop and bucket showed no sign of any clean up.

Amanda and Raffaele had already called the police when the postal police arrived.

Do you honestly think if they actually committed the murder and they were trying to clean up, they would have called the police before they had finished?

If you don't think they called the police before the postal police arrived, click on the link below.

There is no one on this thread that is more honest than halides1. He is constantly attacked. Bob was completely out of line today. But Bob usually is so there was no surprised there.

I'm usually out of line? How so? Because I refuse to let you switch subjects, or call you a hypocrite when you double back on what you've stated before?

Your treatment of halides1 is all the proof I need to show your true character. I happen to know that halides1 is a very honest man that does an excellent job presenting himself on this thread.

Halides1, Chris, made the claim that the knife was bleached, and this would rule out the ability to retrieve DNA off the knife.

He then recently posted that he, essentially, has no reason to believe the knife was bleached - i.e. his question: "I have seen no evidence of the knife being bleached, have you?"

In response, I called him a liar. He claimed not to be, so I returned to the part of this very thread where he himself claims that the DNA on the knife could only be Meredith's through contamination - due to the bleaching of the knife.

If my posts are strongly worded, it is because I tire of Halides' duplicitous and disingenuous manner of posting in this thread.

When have I ever "doubled back" on anything I have said?

Well, that's true. I can't say as you've ever directly doubled back on anything you've ever stated...

...except that one time, when you refused to change your site to reflect the evidence presented to you after you'd claimed that you're more than willing to do so as you're just after the truth...

...ok, so, it was really more than one time that you refused to update the site, but who's counting, really?...

He said that the prosecution's expert said it was bleached. She never tested for bleach of course, that was simply her expert opinion from looking at it.

What updates are you talking about? Please let me know this information. I am eager to hear it. What did I refuse to update?

This is true. However, what you've apparently missed, is where Halides uses Dr Johnson's argument regarding the bleach in his attempts to label Meredith's DNA as contamination.

I see why you believe Halides to be the most honest poster in this thread - you and he think alike: "If I can just deflect for one more post without actually making any provable/quotable claims..."

What updates are you talking about? Please let me know this information. I am eager to hear it. What did I refuse to update?

The information regarding the "interrogation". The information regarding Mignini's association with the Monster of Florence case. The information regarding when Preston was called to be interviewed in regards to the MoF case.

Halides explained his position very clearly. He was not disingenuous in any way. You simply do not understand his explanation.

But doesn't 'only ten' sound so much more dramatic.

And that typifies the problem with the Amanda supporters... big on drama, short on facts.

Look at the conversation today. How many people were really active in the conversation? Can you honestly say more than 10?

You really need to look past PMF for your facts. They sold you a bag of lies.

Why would anyone go to PMF to find posting statistics for a JREF thread?

You really need to work on this obsession of yours. It could become a handicap.

I see you beat me to it.

I hope he takes the advice.

Too much to hope for.

The interrogation information is correct.

There was a minor error in the Monster of Florence paragraph. It has been corrected. It dealt with how Mignini became involved with the MOF case. No one denies that he was involved. Kermit pointed out that the site said "he took the case", he actually became involved with the case while investigating a murder.

So the discrepancy was between "he got involved with the case" and "he took the case"

Either way, Mignini was involved with the case. That was the point of the paragraph. So nothing changed.

I am still waiting on confirmation in regard to Doug Preston. Either way, it makes no difference on the final conclusion. The discrepancy has to do with the actual time that Preston was questioned by Mignini.

Wow, you guys sure did do an amazing job discrediting me. You should feel proud.
