It's fine, provided they are released by the defence teams, prosecution or victim's teams. That's up to and 'during' the trial. Now that the trial has been and gone, 'anyone' can publish data from it, whatever that data may be.

The investigation included the possibility of having gained entrance to the cottage that way. I believe the motivations report discusses why that was rejected. We will have to await the final translation to point you in the right direction.

Also, maybe you could provide some evidence of how the media played any part in Amanda's trial or conviction.

Sue, 'cos any burglar can see right through the shutters and see they aren't latched with their x-ray glasses. No matter anyway, they'll get the rock through the shutters by sending up their command to the Starship Enterprise 'Beam it through Scotty'.

If evidence is provided that clears Rudy Guede I will accept that. Please read the definition of the word guilter. Please do not use my word out of context. I am glad to see that you like it though.

It has also been said that Rudy would have pushed glass off the ledge toward the ground. If you look at the ledge at least 60% of the ledge has very little glass on it giving plenty of room to enter. He would have pulled himself through the window. His body would have actually pushed glass toward the room not down to the ground.

He did not push off the ledge, he pulled him self over and into the room.

It is fairly easy to see when shutters are warped and not closed properly. Are you feeling okay today? Relax.

Actually it does. I explained how Rudy would have pushed glass toward the room. Glass coming back at the source is simply speculation.
 
Keep trying to discredit Steve Moore. His credentials are excellent. I would recommend that you refrain from any derogatory talk about him on PMF. I saw that you posted his photo there. You also confused him with another Steve Moore in Washington.
