Indeed. Why is it that for Amanda fans, DNA evidence tying RG to the crime is airtight proof of guilt but when it's DNA evidence tying AK or RS to the crime it's not?

Yes, he and Meredith were fooling around on the floor so his hand prints would have been all over the place. Later, when the real killers murdered Meredith her blood landed on top of his hand print then her body on top of it.

Or how about this...

After fooling around with Meredith and leaving with her unharmed he returns to the apartment because he forgot his iPod. He arrives to see AK and RS fleeing the scene and Meredith stabbed. He tries to help her, that's how his bloody handprint gets on the floor. Realizing that she will probably die anyway and the corrupt, racist Italian authorities will want to blame it on a black man he flees the scene.
 
That's just what Rudy said he did. Ran right out the front door. Didn't even pause to make a call for help on the phone on the wall in the entryway. He ran while Meredith laid in her room choking on her own blood.

But it's still 'circumstantial'. It proves only that he was there, had a bloody hand and touched the pillow, it doesn't prove he murdered Meredith. And as it happens, Rudy indeed offers an innocent explanation for the pillow. He has always claimed that after discovering Meredith mortally injured he tried to staunch the blood. He then placed the pillow under her head to try and make her comfortable.

Why are you trying to claim we 'want to help Rudy'? Because unlike you, we aren't interested in making him the scapegoat for the whole crime and are unwilling to swallow the pathetic BS offered to try and exculpate Amanda Knox?

Then he should have been charged with leaving the scene of a crime, not murder. Why are your standards of what is proper evidence so different for RG than for AK and RS? If the possiblity exists for DNA contamination in regard to AK and RS then that possiblity should also exist for RG, right?

And I will also add, Amanda and Raffaele also left Meredith to choke to death on her own blood and didn't call an ambulance. Rudy is the only one to offer an apology and to show remorse for that. So, don't even try to pull that with us.

There's not much that I could have done to help Meredith when her killers sexually assaulted and ruthlessly murdered her.

However,

1) the Knox-Mellas clan could have helped bring peace to Meredith's family and friends by encouraging Amanda to collaborate with the investigation instead of invoking her right to silence after a rather difficult questioning session in December 2007

2) we here on sites like this can help bring peace to Meredith's family and friends by calling out every outrageous claim on the part of FOA and The Knox Entourage, from Raffaele's DNA on winged dust, to girls sharing bras, to Pink Hobbit Feet and much more.

If you could do nothing to help when you weren't there, why do you deride Amanda and Raffaele for not being able to help Meredith when they weren't there?

Now I suppose you will point to some big authority figure that says they were there.
