To celebrate the 11,000 posts I thought I would test to see if Doc is telling the truth about having evidence. Like any good scholar I looked to see what tests should be applied to see if someone is a truth teller. I found 10 such tests by an acclaimed academic called Geisler. I have taken his tests and compared them to Doc’s behaviour.

<impeccable scholarship>
Ten out of ten. The verdict is clear. Doc is clearly lying when claiming to have produced evidence.
Hahaha - I tried to do this in the Evidence of God thread, that is, repeat back every bible quote in this form, but I got up the second morning that I wanted to do this and there were 20+ quotes because a certain poster there loves his particular argument from authority and only with 10 minutes to go before leaving for work....I thought, bugger it, leave it to the experts.
Btw, is it official? Can we use cat pictures again? I got warned off the first time I tried it.
Hrm....so you're suggesting that next time DOC posts some drivel, rather than trotting out all the old refutations, we should all post at least one stanza from "And did those feet in ancient time" by William Blake?See, I always imagine people standing in boxes singing it after someone says "mattress" to Mr. Lambert.
Maybe if we all stood in boxes singing "Jerusalem" at the same time, the bag of fallacious reasoning would be removed from this thread and peace and logic would reign.
