Invitation to Derek Johnson to discuss his ideas

From Bill's description (something that can burn flesh while leaving hair and clothing intact), it sounds like he suspects the aliens from Spielberg's "War of the Worlds". There is certainly no terrestrial "blast of heat" that behaves in this way.

Pure heat I said- no flames. A sudden wave of possibly scalding heat. Like the way you blister when steam scalds you without burning your hair or clothes. And I know how it was done Aggle. It fits into my theory like a hand in a glove..

Talking of a ' rather insignificant distance ' was that heavy jets that you flew or micro/ultralights ? You know the ones ? You wind up an elastic band I think.

Oooooh! BURN! Did you see what he did there? He said "heavy jets" but then he cranked up the irony by saying "micro/utralights", then he hit it way out of the park by saying "wind up an elastic band"!!! Get it?!? Like a TOY AIRPLANE!

How clever is that!?! That is SO CLEVER. Never have I seen such cleverness, EVER!

Except that you have no theory. At least, not one you have the courage to reveal.

Nothing explained.

Work out the logic tsig. If I can integrate all of these apparently widely divergent events into one consistent theory that works I may well have cracked the mechanic of the Tower collapses. I really think that tfk should go and get Derek first though.

Yes I quite liked it too. lol

Some people don't understand fire and heat. Some people lack knowledge and flood the forum with idiotic ideas from 911 truth movement of delusions. 8 years, and all 911 truth has is a few drones spewing lies on the Internet.

Having worked with a pizza oven, I can tell you that 600 degrees F of dry heat will burn off hair without burning the skin.

If you are talking about steam, then...please, by all means. Share this theory about how steam brought down the World Trade Center.

Engineering freshmen aren't allowed anywhere near dynamics. If you don't know that, you may have a degree, but that doesn't mean too much these days.

I would like you to clarify the statement "that doesn't mean too much these days"....

I don't know what world you are living in, but I assume that you are not an engineer or scientist and do not have a degree in either.

Most companies I have worked (directly or indirectly) will not hire someone for an engineering position or other technical position without both the degree and the experience.

That degree is just the beginning....there is also work experience. A Bachelors degree gets one started in engineering and then work experience makes up ones resume...of course it is often a good idea to also obtain at least a Masters degree as well.....

What you have NOT demonstrated CE is that you have either the degree or the experience to question Tom. So you have forgotten more engineering than he has learned? Prove it.

Analyze his posts....critique his engineering analysis.....otherwise stop talking about stuff you now nothing about.

PROVE IT CE.

PROVE IT.

I got dynamics in Physics 101. That's a freshman level class if people are unclear of the nomenclature.

The collapse mechanisms & dynamics are freshman level engineering.

What about the other part of my statement? Why don't you comment on that. Am I right or is tfk right?

I got a reply from David Chandler to the note that I sent to him & AE911T.

It was, in entirety:

To which I replied:

His reply:

I felt that this was worthy of a serious response.

My offering:

I don't expect any significant response.

Tom

Tom, that was literally THE most well reasoned and succinct response to any and all persons who have callously and ignorantly accused many good people and professionals of complicity in the mass murder and cover up of fellow citizens without the wherewithal to back up the claims they make. I congratulate you!

Aw shucks, Cantonear.

Thanks.

You are wrong. collapse mechanisms and dynamics are not classes they are what freshman should understand or they should be the next Alex Jones.

The collapse mechanisms & dynamics are freshman level engineering, means an engineering candidate in his freshman years has the skills and knowledge to debunk the failed 911 truth delusions.

So he is right; But if you are saying a lot of schools have the class of "dynamics" in the fall following our freshman year; bingo - ME 201 Statics & Dynamics for Mech. Engr. The smart freshman will take ME 201 in their Freshman year, you know the ones who already come with physics nailed down, and all the prerequisites done. So you are not right, you are quibbling about nothing while 911 truth fails to present evidence, and thus continues to be a group of conspiracy theorists who spew delusions without taking ME 201, or caring about truth.

Just a reminder, that I can speak from first hand experience, and from a very recent one. I dealt with this material two years ago and had to apply it last semester. It's not like you learn it and forget it; it sticks. I don't major in engineering but my field certainly requires us to learn it before entering the practice. Don't believe me? Then learn it the hard way and try redoing college with my major.

In this case I would agree with you Childlike.

Dynamics, as an actual course, is not something that freshman take.

It is taken either the sophomore or junior year (first semester), typically after statics.

While I agree with the general comment....I don't agree that the collapse mechanisms are freshman level physics.....very few freshman would be able to read and understand bazants paper.

I've read the paper several times and I wouldn't call it trivial.

Usually there is 2-3 semesters of undergrad physics courses and mathematics before an ME takes statics and dynamics.

Although I'm not sure if MEs have to take the 3rd physics course....the ones I know did not...
