UFOs: The Research, the Evidence

It's always amazed me that these advanced alien civilizations that wish to remain hidden aren't smart enough to turn off the running lights.

We've been over this, there are two groups of Aliens, low tech and hi tech. The low tech ones show up on radar and have landing lights and the hi tech ones don't show up on radar or have landing lights unless they want to
this way its easier to identify anything as alien without worrying about the logical inconsistencies
:D

Considering the variations in witness reports, I'm going to propose a third, mid-tech group. This group so far appears to contain blimp mother ships and smaller, phantasmal fighter ships.

There sure is a lot to learn in Ufology. You need a ramjet just to keep up with the latest developments.

Witness that see UFO's are never mistaken and are always reliable, competent people. If all the witnesses agree that is evidence for their reliability, if they don't agree that just proves they're human and also proves they're reliable.

Ufo's can appear as blimps, fighter types, lights in the sky or just make strange electrical problems at nuclear weapons sites.

The evidence for UFO's is being suppressed by the government, big science or shadowy organizations that leave no traces.

Yes there is much to learn.

I was staggered to learn that UFOs used '70s Russian missile-targeting radar. UFOlogy is truly a subject that continues to amaze.

They're smart enough, but the FAA is very strict, and the Martians don't want to get arrested and fined for disobeying ANOs.

Martians? Who said anything about Martians? They are from Uranus, I thought everyone knew that. That's why they like anal probing so much I guess. :p

My apologies. I get that Martian stuff from silly 1950s science fiction films and keep forgetting that things are different now that we've made contact with Uranus.

Or Uranus has made contact with the imbeciles that inhabit the UFO industry.

Hey, look what I took a picture of a few days ago!

I'm a bleever now!

Sure, sure. I have this bridge for sale in the center of Sydney Harbour, interested?

UFOs moved to Brazil? No sir. Quoting KotA, "they've always been here". We have our more than fair share of UFO Brazil nuts - I've been one of them...

Regarding the bridge, sorry I already own one and (its 14km long) and the Sugar Loaf as well.

BTW, congratulations on the movie showing the Romulan craft disguised as a blimp engaging her cloaking device. Too bad close-minded skeptics will say its a fraud.
These poor bastards will do anything they can to keep their narrow worldviews "safe".

Correa Neto;

I'm intrigued by your claim that you once were a UFO 'Brazil nut' and your movement away from that to a skeptical position. Did you have an 'aha' moment, or was your change in thinking much more gradual?
The reason I ask is that I look at a video like this, from STS-125
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v4uZeeUWrU0

...at the 3:28 mark, in the left centre of the screen, what 'flares up'? Is it space junk? If it is, it seems close given they are releasing the Hubble Space Telescope. There are other views of this 'anomaly' on youtube as well.
Surely your curiosity level must be piqued? Given this event is in space, there isn't much which could account for the sudden brightening, unless it was a reflection, but that would have to have come from something floating on its own.
I'm trying to get a sense of your journey in thinking, and understand the evolution.

the flare up is clearly from the two spars (used to lock the solar panels in transit) sticking out of the hubble at 3:35. How are your eyes not seeing the obvious ?
surely the fact that scores of people, both astronauts and those watching from mission control see it and say nothing should tell you something

You have GOT to be kidding. That's what you call an anomoly?

You have that view to yourself, I'm afraid.
