Amanda Knox guilty - all because of a cartwheel

What's your basis for this assertion? Like all your assertions it's incorrect. They didn't have the text Patrick sent Amanda, Amanda had deleted it from her phone (another thing they found suspicious).

The police didn't examine Patrick's cell phone after arresting him?

And since when is deleting a text message you have already read suspicious?

Amanda responds with "See you later, have a nice evening". A perfectly normal conversation for the situation.

Actually no, that's not how it read in Italian. In Italian it translated as see you later tonight...a rondevu. Amanda used the wrong Italian grammar.

It is when it's part of a conversation that looks like an arrangement to meet up on the night when your friend is murdered and you were claiming you spent the whole night in your boyfriend's apartment. Especially when and I repeat, you had previously told police you had neither sent or received any messages that night.

The official prosecution conspiracy theory has AK and RS struggling with the victim for 15 minutes. Rudy is in the room at that same time and leaves his DNA and fingerprints all over the place. But somehow AK leaves no fingerprints and no DNA in that room. RS leaves no fingerprints and only one small bit of his DNA that isn't collected when the scene is first processed. It's claimed that RS and AK somehow clean up the room of evidence pointing to them, while magically leaving all the blood splatters and evidence pointing to Rudy in place. Why should any skeptic believe this absurd story?

The guy who's fingerprints were found in the victims blood is clearly guilty. Rudy had minimal contact with RS and AK. We are expected to believe he would join a murderous conspiracy with people he barely knew. To a skeptic, this should be a red flag.

Guerde does not leave his DNA all over the place. You have been told this before.
Knox does not leave her fingerprints in her own home: only one was found useable of hers in the kitchen and none at all in her own room

Did you make up a story how Guerde cut off the bra clasp without touching it yet?

Oh, let Kestrel indulge his need for hyperbole ;)

Yes, the FOA always overlook this key point when they scream about the so-called lack of Amanda's evidence in Meredith's room. Amanda had only one identifiable print in the WHOLE cottage (on a glass in the sink in the kitchen) where she had lived for a whole two months. Yet, they claim it would have been impossible for her to have been in Meredith's room for barely 25 minutes and not left an identifiable print, Raffaele ditto.

If the bra clasp was attached to the other side, there is no need to grab the clasp to cut it off. Slip a knife under the strap and pull back from the victim is one possible way.

You only need to grab the bra clasp if it wasn't attached to the other side. I am rather astounded you couldn't figure this out on your own.

I was also talking about DNA, which is easier to leave than usable prints.

Judge Matteini's report from the first hearing. Look it up.

I have to say, Patrick didn't help himself after his arrest. He had changed his phone/sim and, I suppose out of protest at his arrest, refused to hand over the details of his sim/phone so the police could access it. To Patrick, it was a protest. To the police and judge it was suspicious.

Prosecutor Comodi demonstrated with the bra how it had to have been done in court.

I would love you to show me how that can be done. Have you ever removed a bra? I am astounded you couldn't figure out the problem with this on your own

I have been asking for evidence for this since I learned about the lack of fingerprints, because that lack surprised me. Got any?

Prosecutor Comodi demonstrated one way it could have been done, not the only way it could have been done.

The Italian prosecutors created a screenplay for the events of that night. Details such as how the bra clasp was removed are little more than speculation on their part.
