Libertarian 9/11 truth leader Jim Duensing shot in the back by cops

More on the fact that this had nothing to do with running for office:

He did an illegal U-turn, driving unsafely, police pulled him over, found out he had warrants for his arrest, attempted to arrest him, guy fled, office tried to taze him, and then shot him when guy seemed to reach for a gun in his pocket; police stated he saw the gun.

Motive is not evidence - crimes can be committed without a motive. Motive just give a reason to why a person may do a crime, but it is not evidence.

Those are hearsay accounts, not evidence.

Jim himself provided direct evidence. He said he was stuck in the right-turn only lane, then looked over his left shoulder and saw no one was coming, signalled to his left and then went straight, basically a lane-change.

Why do you believe him no questions asked?

Um, they took quotes right from the police. If they are wrong, then prove it

and you are also ignoring the fact that he broke the law (traffic law) by going straight in a right turn only lane; and that he was resisting arrest when the officer informed him he had warrants and was carrying a concealed weapon.

That is illegal. you are not allowed to change lanes less than 100 feet from an intetersection. Which is what he was pulled over for. And then lead the officer to find out that he had warrants for his arrest and when the officer attempted to ARREST him, he FLED, yet again, BREAKING another law.

You prove it, you have the burden of proof.

He was licensed to carry the concealed weapon.

Traffic laws violate the natural rights granted to all of us under the Declaration of Independence.

Duensing unsuccessfully ran for Congress against Shelley Berkley, D-Nev, in 2008, 2006 and 2004, generally garnering 2 percent to 3 percent of the vote.
His failure in running is mirrored in his delusions on 911. How sad.

Yes, pulling out a gun while running away from a simple traffic stop is real good. Maybe the lack of logic which made him run pull out his gun is why he logically can't support his failed ideas like you have on 911.

Do all 911 truther run from police at simple traffic stops? Do you guys get a handbook of stupid things to do, or does the irrational behavior come naturally to those who fall for lies and delusions on 911?

Duensing then fled and was unsuccessfully Tased and shot several times after he reached in his front pocket for a .45-caliber handgun. Police also said Duensing reached for a large folding knife.
It does not look good for the truther. Are all truthers this stupid? Next time I get pulled over and want to sue the police I should run, grab gun, reach for knife? This is classic.

He has heart problems so he runs, reaches for gun, reaches for knife? Good one. Kevin Barret is a dolt. Duensing is only a threat to himself and at 3 percent of the vote, you want to protect Duensing and make sure he is running against you!

I was calmly speaking to the cop attempting to talk my way out of being taken to jail over an unpaid High Occupancy Vehicle ticket.
He was the dolt in HOV lane! No wonder he ran, he is stupid to the bone.

he found my licensed and registered pistol in my right cargo pants pocket and my Emerson folding knife in my right front pocket.
Tell the officer next time you have guns and knives on you; or run faster. Bad news, he did have a gun.

LOL!! ..by the way..it's the Constitution, not the Declaration of Independence, that gives us rights.

Even if you have a license to carry a concealed weapon, when stopped by the police most states require you to announce that you have a weapon.

so we have the right to run through red lights, speed, ignore the flow of traffic and our actions, if they end up injuring or killing anyone because we do not obey traffic laws, are forgivable?

Driving is a privilege by the way, not a right.

No, most states tell you to run like hell and act suspicious.

Obligatory:

So the guy was pulled over, handed over his license and registration (and maybe his proof ofinsurance, but I'm not familiar with NV laws on that so maybe not). When the police discovered that he had a warrant out on him they proceeded to try and arrest him and when he resisted arrest they tased him. Then when he attempted to flee and appeared to be reaching for a weapon he was shot.

Sounds to me like he had plenty of opportunities to inform the police that he was armed (as the CCW laws state quite clearly that he must do). Sorry, I have no sympathy for anyone that does that and then gets his dumb ass shot.

Yes, NV law requires you to give proof of insurance. I think it's a $700 ticket if you don't have it.

And LVMPD is very professional police department. They usually are not abusive, but they don't like BS either - considering what they have to put up with every night on the Las Vegas Strip.

edit: and this is the first time I've heard of a truther being in Las Vegas. I thought we were a good 0 for 2,000,000 in the Truther department. Damn.

He was tased and has a heart condition, so was unable to do that. Jom could have shot them all dead if he was not stunned by the illegal use of the taser.

If he has a heart condition, what is he doing getting into a scuffle with a police officer, resisting arrest, and then attempting to flee?

And what exactly do you think is going to happen to a person who reaches for a weapon while in the process of fleeing from the police? Getting tased and shot probably isn't good for his heart condition. Doesn't he know this?

Why does your friend have an arrest warrant issued for him? Breaking the law and ending up with a warrant can't be very good for your friends alleged heart condition, can it?
