What was that Gage just said? About not finding conventional evidence of CT in the debris Gage said something like, "he doesn't know how it (nano-thermite) works because he's never heard of it. We don't even know how it works."

Somebody correct me if I misheard this.
 
Over 100 lbs of thermite unable to melt a much much smaler column than those in the WTC. Jones claims supere thermite could do it, and by being painted on no less!

Each segment ends with the comment that both sides disagree about the evidence. That's very bad as it creates a false sense of equivalence regarding the evidence presented in that segment.

The thermite segment was the worst by not challenging that the sources of the chips could be readily explained by non CT factors. Some idiots might look at the segment and say, they found evidence of thermite, just because the shill phony experiment didn't work, doesn't refute the fact that they found evidence of thermite.

I liked the truthers' reactions to it. They all laughed it off, and Gage & Griffin just said it was irrelevant without really explaining why it was irrelevant. They just hand-waved it off, one of them called it a strawman (Jones, I think) and they all giggled like idiots.

I also noticed in the part about thermite that they mentioned the "sparks" that dripped from the building and only talked about the plane's aluminum as the potential source. What about the exterior surface it dripped from... that's aluminum. The entire exterior surface of both twin towers was aluminum. Yet truthers act like aluminum couldn't be at GZ without therm*te.

On the Pentagon part now... same old truther tripe. Dylan giving us "no serial numbers" and "Hanjour was a bad pilot" for the ten thousandth time.

He says They, refering to the people at the research lab. I think this is because nano-thermite doesn't exist.

Someone should tell National Geographic that there were not multiple walls inside the Pentagon where the plane struck.

Agreed. Truthers really can't claim "hit piece" just yet. Well, letting them run their mouths can be considered a hit piece, kamikaze style. Oh and not showing truther experiments.

The Pentagon segment was worse. There were little to no attempt to scale the experiments. Plus they allowed the idiots to just offer arguments from ignorance.
 
LOL Griffin is whining because the NatGeo guys switch between thermite and superthermite. Hello! You guys have been doing that for years! It was thermite, no thermate, no superthermite, no sol gel! Wait, it was thermite!

Ok, "they" - but he is also saying "we", meaning the Truthers (or anyone for that matter) "don't know how it works", because since he has no proof that it exists at all, how would anyone know how "it" works? That's so convenient for his belief.

Didn't think this was a very good show. The Pentagon experiment didn't seem terribly relevant to what truthers claim... partially because truthers' Pentagon claims are so unfocused and all over the map, and they don't even really talk about it that much. They had to go back to the second edition of LC to find something to debunk.

I just noticed that the open air fire used in the steel experiment was oxygen starved like a motherscratcher.

Is that argument even used anymore?
 
I missed most of it and only tuned in to see part of the Pentagon segment. I figure I must have missed the part where they explained the scaling and the materials (wood??) chosen for the test, cuz it didn't make much sense at all to me. DRG said the test was inconclusive, and I have to wonder, is this the first time I am in agreement with DRG?? And why are they going with the cruise missile theory, which is so 2004? I would have liked to see them test the presently more popular "theory" of internal explosives blowing out the exterior wall. And so many easy points that could have been made that were left out.

I will have to catch the show when it rebroadcasts, but it looks quite disappointing to me so far.
