Bigfoot: The Patterson Gimlin Film - Part 3

Sweaty, wouldnt you agree that if you took a 16mm film of bob H in the costume shown in 1967, you would get the same result?

Little mak, you need to better understand the nature of the person you are talking to. Sweaty would never agree to that. Anything that comes anywhere near any kind of concession that can be used to support BH is a mental impossibility for him. You would sooner hear clunking noises and see smoke coming out of Sweaty's ears before he would agree that BH in a suit might match Patty.

Here is what I'm talking about...

I'm comparing Patty's arm length to a human's arm length.

There is a difference........in definition......between a 'human being' and a 'suit'.
They are not the same thing.

The comparison picture above compares Patty to a suit arm....not to a human arm. (The length of the human arm inside may be different than the suit arm length.)

More about this, later...

*W* *T* *F* ? :boggled:

That makes no sense whatsoever. Easy on the selective emphasis, Sweaty. I didn't ask you to reiterate what you were talking about. I get the point. What I asked you is to demonstrate how it applies to the Patty/BH comparison. I note that you shifted the focus away from that. The comparison shows Patty compared to Bob Heironimus with his arm in a suit and hand in a glove and the length *may* be different? You are so desperate, man. The comparisons show BH in suits. He wasn't using some mechanical device to extend his arms. He just put the things on and slipped his arms in. We are now using the very method you use to argue Bob could not be in the suit against you and you are completely lost.

No, not the same result as Patty.

Regardless of how you film 'Bob-in-a-rug', at least in the rug seen below.......it would never show the kind of distinct, curving body contour that Patty has.....

PattyBobRug1.jpg

The difference is screaming at you, mak.

Compare the distinct, curved contour....and shading, of certain parts of Patty, such as...

The lower edge of her thigh....the distinct contour of the back of Patty's knee/calf area....the outlining of the upper arm/bicep.....the distinct separation of Patty's lower jaw from her chest/shoulder area...

....with the very non-distinct contouring of Bob's rug.

If you're unable see the distinct differences, makie....then I feel sorry for you.

I don't know where Bob's arms extend to, inside his suit.

If you do...please show us exactly where that is.

The comparisons show BH in suits.

That's only your worthless opinion.

That's right! :)

For some of the reasons why, see my post directly above.

Oops for you. Tried the head thing again and now changing it up to the "contour" angle. Hey, Sweaty. Arm length, buddy. Arm length.

I * am * talking * to * you * about * arm * length *

You're really having trouble with this, aren't you?

I'm guessing to where the gloves are and inside them. There wasn't anything to suggest he didn't and no extensions were used either time. What is your point, Sweaty? Are you struggling? Using Sweaty's very own favourite method of comparison I have shown that Bob in suit has arms equal to the length proportionally of Patty.

That's only your worthless opinion.

Those don't show Heironimus in suits? Heironimus hasn't twice donned a suit done by Philip Morris in front of a camera?

Well......good for you, kitty! Happy guessing! :)

WOO-HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YA-HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHOOOP-EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's possible to make a SUIT with arms as long as Patty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That tells us a lot! :boggled:

I think I misunderstood you. In this statement of yours...

"The comparisons show BH in suits."

....I thought you were refering to Bob and Patty.

Compare the distinct, curved contour....and shading, of certain parts of Patty, such as...

Blah...Blah...Blah.....we are back to subjective opinions as always. "Bunny looks too real" "Bob's head is too square" "Bob's head is not pointy enough in the back" etc.etc.etc. Keep convincing yourself on these ideas because they are just your opinion. Where you see an amazing creature, others (far more qualified than you) see a guy in a suit.

I think sweaty is having a problem with the arms thing. If "Bunny" is bob in the suit, wouldn't it be appropriate to compare "Bunny" with a photo of Bob in a suit? What is the point of comparing Bob outside the suit for arm length since it is obvious to even Sweaty (as demonstrated by his incorrect argument) that if Bob puts on a suit, his arms are going to appear longer! Egad.....does this mean the apparent increased arm length on "Bunny" MIGHT be the effects of a suit? Say it isn't so.

BTW, you still have not answered my question. Are you refusing to answer a Bigfoot question Sweaty? Just to remind you:

Can you demonstrate Bob's head is too big with actual measurements?

pgf in a nutshell: its been 40 plus years, its not busted its not proven... moving on.

Sweaty it's one thing to have an "alternative" opinion, but with comments about "worthless opinions", you're rude. Period. Give it a rest and accept others dont buy into you opinion, and deal with it.

I was going to add something about a Fat Head...Forget it

This head size and arm length thing is getting pretty old.

Bob in Morris Rug has arms that appear longer than his natural arms if for no other reason because he's wearing those huge glove hands. But the debate can be solved and perhaps lead to some genuine progress.

Why dosen't somebody simply inquire what Bob's shirt sleeve length is and what size hat he wears. While at it get his shoe size as well. I estimate he takes a 32 length sleeve.

But that does not resolve the debate. As I previously stated, if "Bunny" is Bob in a suit, it would have overly long arms as well that would not be proportionate the same way the Morris suit had. We have no idea what the "Bunny" suit was made of or if it had oversized hands that would extend arm length. It seems very reasonable that it would.

A very good idea, Log! :)

Does anybody know his phone number??

...Patty's arm length can be equal to the arm length of a person...

It's possible to make a SUIT with arms as long as Patty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look at those. Aren't they a pretty pair? I just want to get them framed or engraved on a plaque or I don't know what. They're just really special, aren't they? Sweaty concedes that by using his very own crayon method that the length of Patty's arms can be equal to that of a person.

I win, Sweaty loses, and it's a sunny day.:)
