As i have stated to others, i will gladly give you the phone number to the NSA FOIA office so you can verify the document exist (IF YOU WILL BE ADULT ENOUGH TO CONFIRM THIS ONLINE TO EVERYONE).

As i have stated before i have seen the main Critic but not the follow up documents.
