Paranormal detection

I'd also like to add: a person intending to shoot you would be looking at you intensively, because he or she would be working on building a good sight picture in order to make sure the round actually hits you. Does this meet with your definition of "stare"?

Another question: would the sniper have to be aiming at your head, or would it be acceptable to aim at your center of mass? (I am not a sniper, so I don't know how often they go for head shots. I imagine it would be a factor of distance and calibre of the weapon -- with a .50, I don't think it matters where you hit someone, for example. So be advised right now that if you say "the person has to be aiming at my head", that would also probably cause the military to be less interested in you as a sniper detection system.)

I was just wondering how this sniper detection system would work - reason1 walks confidently out into the suspect sniper area, waits for a sniper to get a bead on him, spins to face the sniper, and *bang*, the observers shout "The shot came from over there sir!", and then the military are looking for a body bag and another sniper detection system... ?

hi,
no...i didn't mean that, i meant that after winning the MDC, The most important challenge will be conducted ,which is :
using all state-of-the-art hi-tech equipment to try to scientifically explain my ability.
We made powerful machines that simulate our mental abilities (like computers) and physical ones (like heavy lifters).
:cool::cool::cool::cool:

You just described how they really do it in the Army! Except they just use a grunt.

reason1, could you take a look at my most recent messages and let me know the answers to my questions? To recap:

1) Do you require a crowd around you in order for your abilities to work, or does it still work if you're alone?
2) Would the sniper have to be focused on your head, or would it work if he/she were focusing on your center of mass?
3) Does a sniper's intent focus on you, in order to generate a sight picture, and the sniper's intent to shoot you (and you, specifically), all meet your definition of staring?
4) Does a sniper have to have the intent to kill you, or merely to shoot you?

Jackalgirl :
i'm preparing the answers ok ?

Very good! Sorry if I seem impatient. I am slightly worried that you'll get distracted by other posters who are addressing other, more general topics. That sort of thing happens very, very frequently. So please accept my apologies if I seem to be pestering you. I am honestly very interested in your answers. Thanks!

...I've also asked you a simple question,
why did you remove the following 2 posts of yours regarding confirmation bias ?:

I have them if you don't remember, do you want me to post them again for you ?

Ok, I finished preparing: The reason for the editing is noted in the line beneath the time of the editing.

Reason1 will find a way out of any possible test. In the case of the paintball sniper scenario, it could be "intent to kill" but there are others I have in mind, I am waiting to see which he uses. I suppose this sounds purely negative, but in fact I also would like to see a test. It's just hard to be optimistic after reading a lot of these challenge threads.

reason1 you have no paranormal power.

It is evident that you know this by your refusal to present even an outline of a testable protocol and failure to give a straight answer to the simplest of questions.

However, your ability to waste other people's time and effort for no good reason is duly noted.

In real life there are many words to describe people like you.

I assume they are labels you enjoy along with the ridicule.

First regarding the definition of staring,
here is the real/natural/active/normal staring :

And here is the unreal/acted/simulated/passive staring :

OK ???????

No, not okay. Linking YouTube videos is pointless. It does not indicate why that would or would not effect your 'ability'. And you still have not even demonstrated that your assumption that there are different kinds of staring that you do or don't react to! By your own admission, you have never asked anyone you 'caught staring' if they were looking at you. You are simply assuming this to be the case.

Your assumptions are insufficient evidence. Do you understand why this is an issue?

I'm sorry, but that doesn't help answer my fairly simple questions at all. Instead of linking to YouTube joke videos involving animals, could you spend a little time to type out the answers to these questions?

1) Do you require a crowd around you in order for your abilities to work, or does it still work if you're alone?
2) Would the sniper have to be focused on your head, or would it work if he/she were focusing on your center of mass?
3) Does a sniper's intent focus on you, in order to generate a sight picture, and the sniper's intent to shoot you (and you, specifically), all meet your definition of staring?
4) Does a sniper have to have the intent to kill you, or merely to shoot you?

Hi JG,
I really appreciate your anticipation but the definitions are very important before discussing any protocols.
Also i didn't say that the videos are answers to your all questions which are not all simple as you think.

But i'll answer the first 2 now:
1. No..i can do it alone.
2.I think i can detect even when someone stares only at my hand.
be patient OK ?
