Excretes and eats? Yes, why eat something with such disgusting habits! At least vegetables are wholesome enough not to go swimming around in and eating their own ... goodness me! Could one of you fine gentlemen kindly pass the sick bowl? ... But as I was saying, at least vegetables are decent enough not to do That! :)

Then again, it could be argued that the more decent an organism is, the more unfair it is to eat it. So Should we be eating vegetables? :D

That's what Ben Franklin concluded when he attempted to be a vegetarian, until he opened up a Cod's belly and found some small fish.
 
The "truth" commission will be so far from a "twoof" commission, the truthers heads will spin.

Well, that ought to answer the questions truthers throw at the disagreeable after their 9/11 bunk is refuted and they want to dismiss the disagreeable as neocon Bush lovers. You know, Patriot Act, Iraq, wiretapping and so on, all those things we approve of because we accept their official 9/11 story and all that.

On the up side, maybe some of them will bend away from 9/11 troof to focus their Bush hate on this truth commission instead; and if/when it doesn't give them answers they want to hear, they can drop a c and m from this commission and yell about it for a while.

They've got 20 names; the usual suspects except Cossiga. And yes, nothing new being presented; only three members thus far have posted 9/11 statements, and they're just generic calls for a New Investigation™.

Pretty loose definition of the phrase "Political Leaders", too. There are 21 members, and I counted 17 uses of the word "former" in the description of their qualifications.

How many are there now? How much of a difference has it NOT made?

Its not like as more groups are formed...anything ever changes.

Its getting really really silly now. Really deserves an "Oy Vey".

I mean, we know Cynthia McKinney is a truther. We know Jesse Ventura is a truther. Does they joining a group change that fact? What amazingly new things are they going to achieve?

I have emailed Michael Meacher to see if he is indeed a member and agrees with the petition.
 
The petition is so vague, I suspect he can weasel his way out of taking a definite position on it. I'm betting you'll get an e-mail back that could have come straight from RedIbis.

ETA: The http://www.pl911truth.com/ homepage is dated February 25th. http://www.michaelmeacher.info/weblog/ doesn't seem to have any comments on his charter membership of this significant organisation since then, or indeeed any time back to early January.

Its about time we had 'clowns for 9/11 truth' or 'pastry chefs for 9/11 truth'.
