While we could spend the next three pages making fun of someone who lacks the math skills of a 5th grader, the topic of the thread is an estimation of how many people in the US are "twoofers," Even in a survey that a TM organization commissioned they were unable to get more than 3% of those surveyed to agree that the USG was responsible (in an undefined way) for 9/11.

Based on my own experiences about 1% of people I know and consider friends have expressed "twoofiness," and I think I've pulled them back from the abyss. At the premiere of LC:FC only 250 showed up out of the population of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area, for the event they had been waiting for over a year to arrive.
