RSL in hospital

Such horrible news, thank you for letting us know.

As someone who had a stroke recently, (September 2005), I know how hard the recovery is. I am still not completely back to my old self. But, from what I have learned from talking with him, I am positive he will get through it all and soon we all will have him back to his old self.

Please let him know how many people are pulling for him!

How very awful, and I wish only the best for both of you and a speedy and full recovery for Robert. You guys seem like family to me by now.

Sorry to hear that. Let him know that there are many of us who aren't ready for him to hang up the sharp stick with which he keeps poking the Sylvia Brownes of the world. My thoughts are with both of you.

Ah, Robert. Just needed some soaking up rays, huh? But not those rays?

If he needs help while typing only with his right hand, I'm still available as needed. Remind him, will ya? The full-beard platoon has to stick together.

And you take it easy, too, y'hear, Susan? Keep an eye on him and the people around him, but try to keep our stress down if you can.

Tote that barge, lift that bale...

That sucks... best wishes for a really really speedy recovery and/or experimental treatments that lead to super powers!

RSL epitomizes what this forum and the JREF was intended to do. He's one of my heroes. I'll be thinking of you both.

My thoughts are with you both. Here's hoping for a speedy recovery.

You should believe have faith know as a fact that a lot of people care about RSL a lot, and we're thinking about him. Don't hesitate to ask for any assistance you need. He's a hero, and we have his back.

Keep us posted, Susan.

I hope he has a speedy and very complete recovery.

He still has a lot of work to do, so we can't have him spending a long time in the hospital!

Oh, Susan! I'm sorry to hear this. Thanks for taking the time to let us know. Also, I do hope you lean on us if we can help, as so many have offered. There are some of us in Southern California (me included) who are close enough to maybe help in person, so don't forget to lean on us if there's a need.

Robert's an important voice, and you're both such wonderful folks.

This is absolutely true--please don't ever hesitate to ask if there's something we can do to help. I'm in West Los Angeles and work from home so I'm typically available on short notice at any time. My best and sincerest wishes that he recovers quickly and fully.

I couldn't have said it better.

I hope to hear good news soon of RSL's quick recovery due to his excellent care and support. Hang in there, Susan, and lean on us when you need to.

Deepest hopes for a speedy recovery and comfort for him and his loved ones. You're one of the best, RSL.

He'll be back, no worries. Stronger than ever.

Although, let's not pray for him (just look at what happened to the last pope, when all those Catholics began praying!).

Also - let's keep an eye on Sylvia's site, and what her fan(atics) say. Let's not forget what she put on her website after Randi grilled her on LKL...

My best wishes for a speedy recovery. The world needs you and what you have inspired.

I hope he recovers soon. Take Mercutio's advice and pass on our love to him, please.
