[*]If Chins Could Kill: Confessions of a B Movie Actor by Bruce Campbell

Fun book. I picked mine up at a reading/signing with Campbell.

I just finished the entire Wheel of Time series, which I started last year following Jordan's passing.

I am now reading Sword Song by Bernard Cornwell. This is the fourth book in his Saxon Chronicles series.

Just started Twilight by Stephanie Meyers. So far, it's as disappointing as I thought it would be with the premise of "young love" between a teen girl and a vampire boy. My wife devoured these, and I wanted to see what all the fuss was about.

Real Crime Scene Investigations (Connie Fletcher), I don't really know how to say who the author is since the book is really just people in the Forensic and related fields talking about crimes and such.

Jared Diamond's Guns, Germs and Steel. and John Ross' Unintended Consequences. Just finished Ike’s Spies.

The Compleat Practical Joker by H. Allen Smith!!! (Just got a first printing. first edition with the Charles Adams dust jacket!!! Wow was the proofreader off that month - but that's o.k. I have a just a reading copy edition also.

A. J. Jacobs The Year of Living Biblically and Christopher Hitchens God is Not Great.

I am reading both at pretty much the same time. It depends on which book is closer.

Just finished The Fall of the House of Bush -- interesting and depressing.

Reading Marco Polo -- a history of his journey to China and of Kubli Khan...very interesting.

Corrections by Jonathan Franzen. I'm about a third of the way in and have quite the love-hate relationship with it thus far. It balances out on the love side, though, and I'm hoping the hatey bits will iron themselves out later, so I'm keeping at it.

I just finished The Demon-Haunted World by Carl Sagan. Is it weird of me that it made me tear up so many times?

Also, I'm almost done I Like You: Hospitality Under the Influence by Amy Sedaris. (As you may be able to tell from my avatar, I am mildly obsessed with her at the moment. I'd go so far as to say I have a girl-crush on her.) Up next is The Book of Liz by her and her brother David.

Jerri Blank! I saw a stage show she did with Stephen Colbert and Paul Dinello
a few years back in NYC called "Wigfield: The Can Do Town That Just May Not". I got to eat a couple of her famous home-baked cupcakes there. Yummy! :D
