Doesn't it bother you that you have to keep revising this demand to the point that it is so absurd that it isn't even realistic?

We have plenty of examples of steel-framed buildings collapsing from fire alone- which is much less than that on 9/11.

Under what ridiculous criteria do you exclude these various examples?

Show me a steel structure high-rise that suffered complete global collapse from fire other then 9/11.

Yet again a twoofer manages to forget the jet impacts of the towers and the skyscraper impact on WTC7.

Just going by your official version. The buildings didn't collapse from the plane crash or even before all the jet fuel burned up. NIST claims building content fire. Now what percent of the building had building content fire or structural damage for that matter? Because it was the entire building that collapsed wasn't it?
 
What mechanism could have stopped either WTC 1, 2, or 7 from having a local collapse progress into a global collapse?

Interesting indeed. I thought it was impossible for steel to be weakened from fire and cause a collapse.

The same mechanism that has stopped other sky-scrappers from suffering global collapse from fire. In fact I believe one of the towers was on fire before.

1885-2008 no steel structure high-rise has ever suffered global collapse because of building content fire. Never has and never will.
 
Right, so the mechanism that could have stopped it was to not have structural damage, and intense fires on multiple floors that were almost entirely unfought? Is that the mechanism that would arrest collapse?
