Hamas declares a "victory" in the Gaza Strip

Obviously the man was upset about something. Correct?

Not necessarily. He may have been PAID to murder. The investigation as to who supported him, who sent him, and what his motives were, are still a matter under review at the highest levels of Israeli Intelligence, (and also a matter of some curiosity within the HAMAS organization in gaza, as they apparently are somewhat surprised themselves that this operation was carried out)

Reports suggest that he was recruited by elements of HAMAS and Hezbollah in Damascus. (According to Palestinian Security Sources) ----

And eventually these same tactics will lead to success for the Palestinian Freedom Fighters.

In your dreams.

Martyrs are never "paid" to carry out their heroic acts.

He did it for the Paleistinian people and the rewards of Paradise

That's the problem with narrow minded people. They can be brainwashed very easily. Including you Sunni Man. You are brain washed.

"...McGeough quoted the Arab Liberation Front's Ma'amoon Tayeh as saying the extra $15,000 would encourage more suicide-bomber volunteers to "confirm the legitimacy of our national questions."..."

And just to point out again who your friends are.
Here are your friends in action:

"...On March 15, Abdullah Quran, an 11-year-old boy who works as a porter at checkpoints for pocket change was approached by two adults who asked the sixth-grader to carry a bag for them. Abdullah was told the bag contained clothes and auto parts. But, in fact, the bag was carrying something much more deadly. The men gave the young boy a 10 kg explosive device connected to a remote controlled detonator. The bomb was supposed to be activated when Abdullah was stopped by Israeli soldiers. ..."

Very brave of them to send an 11 year old boy to blow himself up without even knowing. What are your excuses now Sunny Man for these actions?

War is terribe and sometimes the expediency of certain tactics are not kind.

But the goal of a Free Palestine requires sacrifices be made by everyone.

I remember the story of a Ferry boat during WWII in Norway. The boat was carrying materials the Nazis needed to make an atomic weapon.
Norwegian commandos blew up the boat in deep water with over 100 of their fellow citizens aboard, killing all of them.
This has become a legend of heroism in Norway, and the government celebrates the sacfifice those people made in giving their lives for the cause of freedom.

So what's the difference??

Yet more gibberish:
Martyrs are never "paid" to carry out their heroic acts.

Well, of course, the payment was not intended to be given to him, as he was expected to die in the course of the attack. The promise was likely made that his family would be compensated. This is a typical method to recruit young men for suicide missions (and this was, for all intents and purposes, a suicide mission) --

That the parents recieve a small compensation for the heroic sacrifice of their son is wonderful. Most Islamic parents feel blessed to have raised such a noble son who became a Martyr.

btw We do the same thing with our military soilders, but call it an "Insurance Policy".

Same thing, there is no difference.

"Palestine Facts"? It reminds me of Jewwatch, just a remorseless, relentless diatribe of misinformation, with the sole aim of dehumanising a race.

How's about you list some of the statements which you view as inaccuracte or "misinformation"?

Yes, I remember reading - I think it was last year - about the Israeli pullback of settlements on the West Bank. There was a lot of media attention because some of the settlers were resisting the IDF's attempts to move them out. Come to think of it, that's probably why the West Bank is so (comparatively) quiet.
Care to provide a link?

As part of Sharon's disengagement plan, also 4 settlements on the West Bank were evacuated in 2005: Ganim and Kadim east of Jenin, and Homesh and Sa-Nur roughly halfway between Jenin and Nablus -- all very isolated settlements, with together 580 inhabitants (all West Bank settlements together had some 250,000 inh. in 2005; plus over 180,000 in East Jerusalem, so we're talking about 0.1% of all settlers). That's the only time ever official settlements -- sanctioned by the Israeli state -- were evacuated.

Regularly, fundie-type settlers try to found non-sanctioned settlements, often not more than a handful of campers. Occasionally, the IDF will evacuate them when public pressure commands them to. Many current official settlements originated this way, though.

Last year, the Homesh settlers tried to rebuild the razed settlement, and prevented from doing so.

Now, when Israel would evacuate Ariel or Gush Etzion...

No he isn't. Trolls don't need to be brainwashed. They take their cue from the responses they get.
And which views of Sunni Man are at odds with the official positions of the elected government of Gaza?

As I've said before, Israel doesn't have the luxury of putting Hamas on their ignore list. Real-life Sunni Man is who they are forced to deal with every single day. This cannot be simply wished away.

There's no argument with that, but as I've already said, Sunni has your number and is pushing your buttons. I don't think he is a Hamas supporter. He is just a troll.

Sunny Man is a coward living in the United States blessing others who blow themselves up. He doesn't have what it takes to take any physical action in the Hamas' terror acts.
Unfortunately, Israel also has to deal with those weak minded who do take physical actions.

You are not a Muslim.

Even though he is not mentioning any of his sources, I'd disagree with you, Elind. I'm more and more coming to the conclusion that Islam really is what is perceived as being perverted by a fringe movement. At the moment I'm trying to figure out how much the abolishing of the caliphate really meant and what was happening during the century before it was abolished.

My opinion so far is that the peaceful and tolerant muslims aren't peaceful and tolerant because of Islam, but despite it.

The man who comitted he act was driven by desperation.

He grew up as a prisoner of Zionist Israel. Brutalized and humiliated by the fascist IDF everyday of his life.

He has no job prospects and basically reduced to living in poverty because Israel took his farm land and won't give him a work permit.

He had numerous friend and relatives murdered by the IDF Nazis, and his parent's house was indiscrimitally bombed and destroyed by Israel for no reason.

What would you do for revenge?

I feel sorry for any human being driven to comitt such violent acts.

But it isn't his fault. He is the victim!

The Zionists created this man, and tens of thousands just like him.

Now Israel is reaping the harvest it created by it's sadistic, evil, policys.
Darn shame he wasn't captured, put on a 'copter and dropped over a Hammass site with lit dynamite up his bum. But then, I am less civilized about terrorist rectums than the IDF. It is his fault he is a piece of slime. Even if your claims were (ever) true, he has at best a right to go after the specific, identifiable persons who purposely and with no reason did the things you claim.Oh, within the best of my knowledge, the IDF has never commited murder. If by that you are referring to persons killed because they lived around/took in terrorists, then that is rules of war legal and usually unavoidable - even if the terrorist friends of yours were legal soldiers instead of murdering scum.:)

Well, you could be right, but my experience and what I've seen of Islamist ranting is that Sunni is a little too clean. If he had been smart enough to screw up his grammar and spelling a bit, as well as throw out a few more standard Allah related comments I might have agreed, but he doesn't talk like any educated Islamist apologist, Muslim or not, would do. He could be a white racist with that thing about Jews that some have, but I still think he is most likely just a clown having fun with people here.

Perhaps, but he claims to have converted 7 years and said he was a Christian lay-preacher before, as well as being American, so I'd say it fits the bill when he has indulged in Islamic sources, where his supposedly Somali wife who speaks Arabic comes in handy, to arrive at these positions. He also said he follows the Wahhabi-stuff, which is orthodox as far as I know.

I find it rather amusing to be honest, that you keep throwing in the Nazi/racist stuff - what if that is exactly what Islam teaches?

Which I could probably establish with my classic manual of Islamic sacred law book, called "Reliance of the Traveller", or 'Umdat al-Salik in Arabic. It's available on amazon.com for 30$. Link.

It's an eye-opener. Oh and btw, I also think Sunni Man said homosexuals should be put to death, which can be sourced back to a hadith where Muhammad says exactly that.
