Beyond all of that, why would any of us here want to debate him? One of our best debunkers has already handed his ass to him, what would be the point?

I think it's important to understand why Fetzer can't debate in this format, which is something his delivery people don't seem to understand.

Fetzer does not debate, he employs every logical fallacy in the book to dodge the questions, litter the field with red herrings, and ignore any evidence. It's not simply a matter of Fetzer being wrong- it's a matter of his position being incapable of sticking to the issues.

In this format- he would not survive.

By what standard is Fetzer one of the truth movement "leaders"?
If your standard is: 1) Saying the most crazy things, 2) Saying them the most loudly, 3) Looking the most crazy, then yes.

Most of the movement appears to have dis-owned him. He's not interested in any logical debate, he just wants airtime to ramble on and on about his woo woo theories. I say, if Fetzer wants another debate, this time he pays all of the expenses.

It would be rather amusing to have a panel of experts with "buzzers", who could buzz everytime Fetzer made a false claim. I think that would only be slightly less annoying than listening to Fetzer alone.

Exactly...Fetzer is yesterday's news. Bring news that DRG will debate one of our debunkers, and then let's see what happens.

Only real contenders get rematches.

When Muhammed Ali beat some palooka named Brian London in 3 rounds there was no rematch.

When Ali beat Sonny Liston for the world championship there was a rematch. When Liston lost badly the second time, Ali didn't fight him again as there was nothing to prove there.

One has to put up a credible fight each time out to earn another chance.

Aqua, no one can be bothered with Uncle Fetzer because he's a has-been looking to get some more face-time.

He's already been debated and crushed and his own movement has since shipped him off to the Gulag after he joined up with the laser beam lady Judy Wood.

Fetzer's utterly irrelevant.

Get DR Griffin singed up for a debate (or someone else who actually has respect in the TM) and you'll find plenty of takers.
 
I don't know about anyone else, but I'd love to debate with Fetzer, either privately by email / openly on tv / or in a pub...

Fetzer is nuts; he is a beam weapon kind of guy; if you are unable to see that as nuts please explain in detail how the beam weapon did it.

Don't mistake wanting to see someone get smacked with wanting to hear what it is that gets them smacked (because we all know exactly what his arguments are; they're not new).
