Don't forget that Christopher Columbus was obsessed with the Bible.

He's really starting to scrape the bottom of the barrel, he started off with a well respected US president and is now on an explorer who based his entire expedition off bad math and would have died along with his crew had there not been an unmissable landmass between him and his destination.

And add any attempt at refutation is "attacking the messenger".
 
I will update the "list" soon, but I just wanted to inform everyone that DOC has announced in the "atheist's can't be president thread" that he will not visit this thread because he is "too busy started his own".

I call this intellectual cowardice and informed him as such. I can only hope that a continual reminder by multiple posters will help him realize that he must own up to his arguments.

Atheists consider people as organ farms.

Interesting though that he holds this belief, yet turns a blind eye to the number of grotesque acts committed in the name of christianity. Somehow he forgets that our troups aren't in peril of atheist suicide bombers.

I think the logic is that 'OK, so the Communists harvest organs from people they execute. Communists happen to be atheists, and some execution victims happen to be Christians. Righty, so that means that atheists in China persecute Christians!'. Did I get it right?

I wrote a parody list of arguments, but nah... didn't look to good once submitted. Look, my point is that just because the Christians do lots of bad stuff because they are Christian, doesn't mean Communists do lots of bad things because they happen to be atheists.

I say let this thread die. The point has been made. The horse is dead, the beating should stop.

No actually you are way off.
Read the OP and you'll see that this thread is in response to DOC's presentation of random "facts" But without stating the point of any of these facts. In fact, his last issue with organ harvesting is at least a concise view with a real point, which is different from all of his other threads.

The list I made is not a parody, it is an exact representation and summary of all of DOC's points. Others may have made light of some of his points (with good reason), but I'm being faithful to his intent. It is my hope that he will be adult enough to summarize his views so that we can get to the heart of the matter. His latest point is at least a step towards that direction.
 
When I get evidence that Lief Erikson was an evangelist to the Natives in Greenland or North America or that Christopher Columbus was obsessed with the Bible and not trying to solicit more money and support for further expiditions to the New World then I'll stop bumping this thread.

I've given up on waiting for replies evidencing anything D. James Kennedy or David Barton says being other than B.S. or that Leo Pfeffer was an "ACLU attorney".
