The lightning bolt itself propogates at less than the speed of light, typically less than half that speed. Light speed calculations are not made based on lightning, but other light sources, often lasers.

The speed of light is constant. Any variation over the years and we WILL be able to measure it. Also, the fact that is this would have an impact on relativistic effects that would not go unnoticed.

On your page, you claim that 33.17 times 3 and 1/3 is 111. It is not. Assuming that 3 and 1/3 is an exact number, to 4 significant figures, the actual result is 110.6. Why do you claim it is 111?
