Yes, I read what he said. It was uncalled for and, in my opinion, inaccurate. But as I've said before, I don't control the other posters on this forum. They aren't my responsibility. If you feel that a poster has posted something which breaches their membership agreement, then by all means report them. I would. Personally I don't believe that what Bob posted breaches his membership agreement, but a moderator may disagree.

If you're going to report him, then report him and get on with it. Why let it bother you any more than that? If you believe he's been an idiot then why should it affect you. What do you care what someone you've never met thinks about you? If someone said something like that about me I'd roll my eyes, possibly report them (if I thought it merited it) and just ignore them from then on.

Why would they not accept the answer if it was correct? Respectful interrogation in this instance would include asking questions and carefully considering the answers, especially from those with expertise in the field.

You appear to know very little of how science works. Science notices effects and hypothesizes about possible causes. You, on the other hand, have a CAUSE (a literal interpretation of the Bible) and look for EFFECTS (number ratios).

Yes, and when a true scientist finds data that doesn't support a theory, the scientist changes the theory. You, on the other hand, deny the existence of data that doesn't fit your theory (e.g. distance to moon, evidence of manned moon missions). The moderators here tend to handle infractions of the rules. If there was no rule broken, they let things go on.

You've reported what you felt was in infraction. If those posters still bother you, put 'em on ignore.

Quit whining and post something coherent and factually correct. Address some of the serious comments about your web site and your theories. You know - be productive.

I have reported posters in the past for breaches of the rules, and will do so in the future, if I feel it necesarry. If you had been responding in a reasonable manner to the excellent points that I and others raised then I would have defended you wholeheartedly, but instead you chose to ignore and evade all attempts to engage you in discussion. Such behaviour is generally ridiculed on this forum and I saw no real reason to help you beyond giving you the opportunity to engage in an actual discussion.

I've learned a lot. Mostly I've learned that the majority of posters on this board are amongst the kindest, most reasonable people I have ever known. I've also learned that if you can back up your argument with reasonable evidence then people here will gladly change their minds. If you came here without preconceptions and tried to engage rather than preach you might learn that too.
