is that so? then why do you repeatedly ask avery to give permission for you to use it?

BTW can i ask, please what particular part of averys footage are you referring to? IIRC there's hardly any "original" film in LC. i mean it's mostly nicked from stock footage and tired ole news reports isn't it?

I haven't followed this much as of late but I just found this.

The cab driver, Lloyd England, should be very easy to find. Heck, look at the phone number in the first photo. There is also a link to a video interview with him done by channel 4.

Lloyds story is consistant in every respect. When Lyte and Merc libel him I hope someone encourages and assists Mr England with the lawsuit.

These guys obviously have no idea what they are doing. They have had more announcements and delays than a piece of Microsoft software. I say leave this thread to die before it gets bigger than the Christophera thread as the wait continues...when and if it is released...then it is released.

say what you like about christopher a. brown, i'll give him one thing, i think he has an aura of honesty when he states what he believes, however insane. these blokes though are just playing a malevolent cynical game of one-up-manship with avery and his cronies. and they are messing about with real peoples lives in the process.
their treatment of lloyd and the priest is abhorrent. i've no doubt that the old saying "what goes around comes around" will come true in this case.

I can hardly wait, mind if I ask you few questions while we wait?

1. Have you contacted any of the victim’s families from Flight 77 and told them you are going to release this evidence?
2. Have contacted any of the victims families of those killed inside the Pentagon and informed them you are going to release this evidence?
3. Have you informed any law enforcement agencies that you have evidence that points to a cover up in the act of mass murder?
4. if not why are you with holding evidence of said crime?
5. Once you release your evidence will you go to law enforcement agencies and present them with it all, including the names and addresses of your witnesses?
6. Are your witnesses prepared to back you up in a court of law, if need be, to bring the perpetrators to justice?
7. Have you fully informed all those that you interviewed that you to intent to release their statements in the form of a DVD which will indicate there is a cover up of mass murder?
8. Have you informed all those that you interviewed that if you are correct they may be called upon to testify in a criminal law case?
9. Are you prepared to be interviewed by law agencies and law enforcement officers?
10. Are you prepared to testify in a criminal case, in a USA court of law, to prove your case?

No offense but somehow I SERIOUSLY doubt you will get a lot of "yes" answers.

Lyte has told many many people that he believes the passangers were either "gassed" or shot.

Keep in mind though that Lyte's stories have a way of changing rather frequently.

No offensive taken. I know the super sleuth has been asked all these questions before, repeatedly and simply avoided them with his lame “ it’s not my responsibility, it is the USG responsibility blah, blah"

Lyte here is a news flash, if you are right and your evidence proves an inside job, there will be repercussions. There will be a massive inquiry, people will get charged, and the world’s media will go into over drive.
The preps will be annoyed, they may well want to silence you, the police will want to talk to you, and the worlds media will want to talk to you.

You will have no where to hide, you will be the centre of a **** storm and guess what pal? Hiding away and crying like a baby will not get you out of it.

So Mr Lyte, Elite Pentagon investigation member, have you got it all together? Are your ready for the massive backlash? Are you going to be talking to everybody?

Emm, maybe not, maybe just a few DVDs and a you tube video, viewed by a few and dismissed by the majority.

Not a good idea to run around your office and accuse people of being me.

Why cant you handle criticism without making a scene at your work?

I may or may not work with you....YOU WILL NEVER KNOW!

I may have a close friend who works with you and feeds me info..I may be a boyfriend or girlfriend of someone who works with you.
I may be someone you confide in, etc etc.

You running around your office making scenes about who I may be is pathetic.

That is why the office is not a good place to discuss politics YET you talk about 9-11 on A DAILY BASIS at your work and guess what Lyte....SOME PEOPLE ARE TIRED OF IT!!

So please Lyte keep on making a scene at your work on a daily basis, that sounds like a good plan.
