Yes, since RIAA is suing the kids for mp3s; they will sue JDX the 5k plus for selling copy right stuff. That is just one offense; if and when he does sell that is multiple copy right infractions.

Does LC have real music? They have made a lot of money. Or did they pull off all copy right stuff?
 
Flag it as inappropriate and choose "Other ToU Violation" option. It violates their Terms of Use section 5 subsection c
 
JDX seems to of missed hitting the Petagon as the terrorist did; he can not hit the same spot; a simple task most pilots can do with no hands just their knee on the stick!

If JDX states on one can hit the same spot over and over; it only proves he is not a good pilot.

I was watching his attempt, I guess it is him, to hit the Pentagon on MS Flight Sim.

Can you use video of MS Flight Sim for commercial purposes? Or spreading biased political BS. Who is the legal expert here; OK I have to read the darn agreement.

Yes JDX, johndoe, is a pilot; But funny thing is the pilots (terrorists) he said were not good enough to fly a Cessna; were also pilots! (anyone want to fly with an idiot who thinks a 40 pitch down into a target is a good idea; even for terrorist?) (frightening!!! one could hope he is lying and his father/brother/friend does not know he has stolen his identity)

Looks like JDX is just as good as, if not worse, than the terrorist pilots. He talks a really dumb game, bet he is frightful to fly with.

Like I said go to his pilots place, he is the first member; he is FAAed just like the terrorist! Maybe he was the fifth pilot and he chickened out; and now he is doing his propaganda as penitence for his yellow streak. (this is a nut case CT idea applied to the life and times of JDX, the pilot who is missing a few things here and there. If JDX is the fifth pilot this was just an accidental secret reviled and I was just using CT logic to prove it)
 
In the new trailer comment section, JDX says he has new recorded calls.

I suspect he has made more recorded calls to various folks in an attempt to ambush then claim they are hiding the twoof.

In the call above, someone from PF911T tries to get answers about true altitude vs pressure altitude and says the plane was too high to hit the lightpoles.

I could not listen to it all, its just so irritating.

He presents like a freakish child who thinks that negative attention is a good thing. Perhaps he was neglected as a youngster (last year) and feels that posting nonsense from his Mom's basement (this year) empowers him or something.

He's not getting any attention at his pathetic little forum and he got booted out of the loosewiththetruth forum where he mistakenly thought he had gained the attention he craves, so this is his next try - a do over, if you will :)

I don't know what his problem is precisely, as I am not a psychiatrist, but I do know, without a doubt, that he has serious problems. Poor widdle boy.

JDX lists Lyte Trip as one of his Eyewitness Experts.

He even lists private pilots and sailplane pilots and still comes up with such few members.

The well runs deeper. My friends at Sony said, talk to Warner-Chappell ( as in owns licen rights)! Done! Recent girlfriend works, for the Catalogue! Game on! I see big lawsuits, on the horizon, I see trouble on the way! Anyone know that he "really" has it on the DVD? First question to be answered. They'll buy one copy to see, I am sure. He has not bought the rights , of that I am assured! This should be interesting!

From what I gather, at the least, a contract for $, will be handed to him! If he is indeed, not smart enough, he will be in deep doo doo!
Not too sure about the JREF part, but it will be victory for musicians, and quite prob "da jooos"! Fcuk'em if they can't...

Nice to see some love for Angus and the gang on here. I too find his co-opting of the band irritating. Besides, wouldn't "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" have been a more appropriate choice?
