You're welcome for the reply. But once again, I think it's bad form to ask everyone to argue with a video. If you think the video makes a particularly strong point, you should paraphrase or quote the video and then provide it as a reference. We're here to argue with you, not the video.

What specific passages do you find most damaging in that video?

if jones...or anyone else in the 9-11 denial movemant says "there are no other examples of fire alone bringing down a building"...im gonna freak.

the wtc towers were brought down by fire and weakened steel from the impact of the planes. wtc 7 was brought down by fire and severe damage to the bottom of the building.

if the 9-11 deniars have any sense of integrity...they will stop with this b.s. of "no other buildings brought down by fire"

You have never read NIST and you post a CT idiot video with Dr Thermite Jones starting it out!

Are you really thinking a youtube video is going to debunk NIST with the title as stated, they show a building who steel portions fell in just a fire, with no extra fuel, fuel in the WTC case equal to the energy of 315 tons of TNT.

Your evidence is junk science from Dr Jones who should know better.

You have one crazy physicist, and you stake your ideas on this?

13. Why did the NIST investigation not consider reports of molten steel in the wreckage
from the WTC towers?
NIST investigators and experts from the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Structural Engineers Association of New York (SEONY)—who inspected the WTC steel at the WTC site and the salvage yards—found no evidence that would support the melting of steel in a jet-fuel ignited fire in the towers prior to collapse. The condition of the steel in the wreckage of the WTC towers (i.e., whether it was in a molten state or not) was irrelevant to the investigation of the collapse since it does not provide any conclusive information on the condition of the steel when the WTC towers were standing.
NIST considered the damage to the steel structure and its fireproofing caused by the aircraft impact and the subsequent fires when the buildings were still standing since that damage was responsible for initiating the collapse of the WTC towers.
Under certain circumstances it is conceivable for some of the steel in the wreckage to have melted after the buildings collapsed. Any molten steel in the wreckage was more likely due to the high temperature resulting from long exposure to combustion within the pile than to short exposure to fires or explosions while the buildings were standing.

As everyone has already stated molten metal does not automatically mean it was steel (although I personally think it could have been). What other molten metals might we see in the burning debris piles at GZ?

Copper melts at 1084 deg C. How many miles of copper wiring were in the WTC complex?

Let’s say that witnesses did see molten steel at GZ, what would that prove 28th?

Would it prove CD? How would this prove Steven Jones right?

Could the debris piles have burned at a temperature hot enough to melt steel? NIST (pbuh) thinks so and so do I. (Especially after reading some of KENT1's links)

Theories like Steven Jones’ go out of there way to not examine all the possible reasons/sources for molten metal, but instead draw conclusions from inconclusive evidence. That’s dishonest.

9/11 could not be the first or only time that fire alone caused the total collapse of a high rise building because fire alone did not cause the collapse

how long did it take to determine that? IIRC correctly there was a 6 story (above ground) pile of debris spread over 16 acres

how long did it take to sort through that to determine everythign turned to dust?

Again, when did he say this? Was that interview done on 9/12 or weeks later when all the fires were out and there was little left to find?
