SkepticReport - New & Improved!

SkepticReport is looking somewhat different from today. A new design, and particularly a new information architecture, made necessary by the large number of articles.

A new centerpiece is the Cross Reference, where not only the articles in SkepticReport are indexed, but also many books on skeptical, supernatural, paranormal issues, as well as magazines, websites and other sources. It is updated regularly.

Enjoy!

Good going, mate. It will be more of a pleasure to read and support.

Hey, I'm on the front page! Woo hoo!

Unfortunately, I noticed that two of the links in my article are no longer available.
:(
I've changed them to deadlinks.

If you can find the links on Archive.org, I'll change them.

First link ("on the Internet"):http://web.archive.org/web/20060522....com/Global/story.asp?S=4044386&nav=menu156_1

Second link ("The Outlook Online"):
http://web.archive.org/web/20041127002228/http://www.theoutlookonline.com/article/5382

That second link does not archive the accompanying photo. And that photo is critical to the article. Fortunately, I saved it myself a while back. But I don't know if copyright issues would allow you to include it.

You can ask them.

You can ask them.

I actually have an indirect personal connection to the editor of that paper. I am friends with the editor of our local paper, and he is friends with the editor of that paper, and we are all currently working on a project to help a young boy with leukemia.

Funny coincidence.

I'll see what I can do.

Hey, Claus. The article I wrote was written last March for Kelly's site. Since it is now on your site and dated December 2006, one paragraph needs to be updated.

The police said the map was too vague. So Myers told KPTV that the body won’t be found by the police. She said the body will be found by hunters in the fall. That was last November. It is March now. Fall came and went. No Kimberly Forbes. No body.

Needs to be changed to:

The police said the map was too vague. So Myers told KPTV that the body won’t be found by the police. She said the body would be found by hunters that fall. That was over a year ago now. Fall has come and gone twice. No Kimberly Forbes. No body.

Aaaaw..... you've got Krazy Kat!!!

That is sooooo cool!

Love it.

LOL I like that picture of Sylvia Geppetto :D

Did you work on the style sheet? I can read what's in the search boxes now, perfect.

[nitpick]
The only text left that looks distorted are the headlines of the boxes "Search", "Newsletter", "Top 10 List" and "Nick's Corner". The capital letters/majuscules thing used along with a very small font size is the reason for this.
