Tate Brothers Charged with Rape in the UK

I particularly like how they end their communique with "God bless Andrew and Tristan Tate". No matter what the truth is here, I'm pretty sure God ain't in their fan club and won't be doing the unrepentant jack offs any favors.
I dunno. God seems to be into some disgusting crap himself, especially in the OT. But even in Xianity, a medieval pope (who is supposed to have a direct line to the Holy Spirit, i.e., one aspect of God) decreed that the age of consent was 7. I mean, there didn't even have to be grass on the field for you to play balls... err... ball.

And I mean, I know that not all papal pronouncements are infallible, as in coming straight from the Holy Casper. But if there ever was a time for that ghost to get that phone and tell someone, "dude, you're so going to hell if you publish that", that would be way up there.

So who knows? Maybe God is a fan of theirs.

Nasty.

And from which, I at least, others may have already been aware, learn that "Andrew" Tate's first name is Emory.
I do wonder if some of the more depraved extreme pornography were commissioned by Romanian gangsters on rivals for intimidation purposes - "We're going to force you to make us money in an utterly depraved, painful and sufficiently publicly humiliating way"

Ninja'ed, I see. In the U.S. the 6th Amendment guarantees a criminal defendant the right to confront witnesses against him in court. This means the defendant gets to know their identity and has the right to cross examine them and compel them to produce evidence that may exculpate the defendant. There is no further guarantee that the defendant may do whatever they want with information about witnesses, including any accuser. As just noted for example, it is common to take steps to protect the identities of minor victims during court proceedings in which they may be witnesses.

My spouse has a well-protected list of witness identifying information in each case, under protective orders from the judge to be for "attorney's eyes only." The attorney may know the details for a witness, but the defendant per se may not. The defendant per se may confront the witness in court, but may be prevented in various ways from confronting witnesses in any other forum using information disclosed as part of the case.
In England and Wales witnesses can give evidence anonymously. See section 86 of the
Coroners and Justice Act 2009.

I kinda doubt that any mafia would consider a 14 year old girl a RIVAL. Probably more like a victim to exploit IMHO. The DIICOT charge of organised crime was that his own trafficking and exploited ring was organised crime, not that he served organised crime. (Although, according to his own videos, he did serve the Romanian mafia, just in other roles.) And DIICOT was FOUNDED to combat kidnapping and trafficking young women by organised crime groups, according to Wiki. Which apparently is a real problem in Romania. (So, yeah, don't go to their Black Sea beach or to visit "Dracula's castle" if you're a young woman.)

And to be fair, "organised crime" seems to be the case prima facie. Say what you will about his pimp empire, but it was well organised :P

But what do I know? Some cultures are strange, and I'm not a qualified anthropologist.

...Twix was launched in Germany a whole 12 years before the US launch...
No. Twix was invented in Slough, UK in 1967, 9 years before its' 1976 launch in the USA. 1976 was also the year it was launched in Germany, but as a "Raider", not Twix. It was re-launched in the USA in 1979 (presumably the first launch didn't take). It did not become Twix in Germany until 1991.

Yes, it was under the "Raider" name, you are correct. But it still launched in both the UK and Germany before the USA.

And it's still not made in Florida (where they are kept), nor using locally sourced ingredients from Florida. And it never seemed to bother them when they ordered them by the tens from commissary. They appear on both their commissary orders. Only now, oh noes, Tristan is unhappy because his meal is not locally sourced. Like, really? You're both stuffing yourseves with Mars's Twix and Snickers bars by the tens, and chuggin whole packs of Colombian coffee, and it never occurred to you that the neither the cocoa nor the coffee comes locally from Florida? Really? The clue was in the "Colombian Coffee" name, you dozy wankers.

(Yes there are very small cocoa farms in Florida, but nothing that could feed the USA with chocolate, since it's not the right climate for cocoa.)

That is a surprising amount of candy bar timelines to have on your hip.

Andrew Tate
@Cobratate
Every time our prison meal arrives Tristan takes it and asks through the door “Is this organic?”

The prison guards usually reply with: What?

Tristan: Is this food organic?

Guard: What? Just take it.

Tristan: Is this locally sourced?

Guard: *slams food tray shut*

Tristan then eats the food and complains to me the entire time that it's not organic and not locally sourced.

He's been doing this every single meal for weeks.

So are they going to dob each other in?

I suspect they will
