The Truth about RFK Jr

""It's always fatal in pets and in animals when they get it and it's important that we take that seriously," Gary continued, adding "It was an unvaccinated dog and they didn't report it, and so it took about a month and the dog started developing symptoms." In the weeks after the encounter, the dog developed behavioral and neurological symptoms before testing positive for the virus. People and pets considered exposed have been offered rabies post-exposure prophylaxis, officials said." link

"But Marabito considers the current vaccination guidelines "excessive." She's one of many pet owners with "canine vaccine hesitancy," a phrase coined in a recent study led by the Boston University School of Public Health and published in the journal Vaccine. The study found that 53% of U.S. dog owners surveyed question whether the rabies vaccine is safe, whether it works, or whether it's useful." NPR.

I assume this is about Rabies, your first link doesn't take me to the article but to a news site, searching on that site for rabies doesn't get me to it.

Rabies once symptoms develop is 100% fatal in humans. (There is one dubious claim for survival). Vaccination in rabies can prevent the development of the disease after infection. The virus travel up nerves from the site of the bite to the brain. The further it has to travel the longer it takes for the disease to develop, so the more time there is to vaccinate. In cases of infection a rapid vaccination technique is used for post exposure prophylaxis as compared to pre-exposure vaccination. If presenting early one also gives antibodies to kill any free virus before it infects nerves, half in to the bite and half into the buttock.

Bats carry a rabies virus, and are now one of the big risks.

At MedPage Today Jeremy Faust discussed Eric Schwartz, the new director of The CDC. He wrote, "We don't need Schwartz to tell HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and President Trump the truth. They either refuse to know or refuse to admit the truth. We need her to tell the American people the truth -- Make America Healthy Again followers in particular -- especially when Kennedy and Trump have it wrong, an unfortunately frequent circumstance, if you haven't noticed."

He continued, "So, now we know what we're dealing with: a "good soldier" who won't break ranks in public. That's a huge, huge problem. In her role as CDC director, Schwartz is no longer "just" an officer in the various uniformed-service roles she previously held. She's now a Senate-confirmed public servant leading our nation's largest public health agency. If she disagrees with her superiors, Kennedy and Trump, that is, she owes it to us -- her actual employers, the American people -- to convey those beliefs truthfully and transparently. Otherwise, her presence at the CDC has no purpose. As long as Kennedy is at the helm of HHS, deferring to hierarchy and decorum will only serve to undermine her solemn duties to us.

Paul Offit discussed the new vaccine EO as it relates to the hepatitis B virus and the vaccine against it. "This is a virus that can be transmitted relatively casually because it's a virus that lives on surfaces for up to 7 days. So sharing towels, sharing washcloths, sharing toothbrushes, sharing razor blades, can put a child at risk of hepatitis B. Those other 8,000 children less than 10 who got hepatitis B from places other than their mother weren't getting it because they were intravenous drug users. They weren't getting it because they were sex workers. They were getting it because chronic hepatitis B infections are common in this country and it's easy to come in contact with someone who could infect you."

At SBM Dr. David Gorski discussed the appointment of pediatric neurologist Dr. John Gaitanis as head of the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) at the National Institutes of Health, with a budget of 1.7 billion US dollars. He wrote, "There’s the first huge red flag, that Dr. Gaitanis served as an expert witness arguing for “vaccine injury.” As you will see, it turns out that he was paid handsomely for his efforts in one case and also served as expert witness for the complainants in two other cases brought before the Vaccine Court...Dr. Gaitanis is on the board of an organization that is the successor organization to Defeat Autism Now! (DAN!), which for decades was the premier (if you can call it that) organization promoting “autism biomed” quackery and “certifying” quacks who treat autism with quackery, many, if not all, of them rabidly antivaccine."

He continued, "Before I discuss Dr. Gaitanis, MAPS, and his expert witness work in depth, I can’t result doing a “Dug the Dog” seeing a squirrel and briefly mention another story that I consider highly relevant and that tells you all you need to know about this administration’s attitude towards federal scientific agencies. Specifically, I’m referring to the recent nomination of Dr. Heidi Overton to replace Dr. Marty Makary as FDA Commissioner. Dr. Overton, like Dr. Gaitanis, is grossly unqualified for the job for which she’s been nominated. She is, however, politically aligned with the Trump administration..." Dr. Overton is quoted: "We need publications in academic journals that are conservative-based. We need research funding that is willing to say, “No, let’s fund these type of studies.” That’s not happening at the NIH. The FDA isn’t prioritizing those kind of decisions. The CDC certainly is not. So, all of those agencies have to be reformed in how they fund and prioritize."

NBC News reported, "Two people have died of measles in Pennsylvania, the state’s health department confirmed Tuesday. Both people were unvaccinated. They are the first such deaths in the U.S. this year, and the first in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 35 years." The New York Times reported, "Within some pockets of Lancaster County, the vaccination rate is much lower: Just a quarter of people within the local Amish community had been vaccinated against measles, according to a 2025 estimate."

In a recent SBM article that was mainly focused on Drs. Ebright and Nickels, Jonathan Howard quoted one of his earlier essays: "People have been instructed to forget COVID’s carnage and to trust anti-vaxx liars like Mr. Kennedy. They have been told outright to stop trusting public health, and as a result many people now believe that measures to contain a deadly virus are useless at best and a sign of impending Nazism at worst. By legitimizing Dr. Bhattacharya and his ilk, Biosafety Now is ensuring we are much less prepared to fight a future pandemic, as well as existing viruses such as COVID and measles."

On Facebook one can find an article from the Federalist Papers claiming the uselessness of the vaccines and masks here. One can find an article at the American Spectator saying that one can use Nazism scholar Hannah Arendt to understand Dr. Fauci here.

Long rant about MMR

Robert F. Kennedy Jr
@RobertKennedyJr
At his press conference today, Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro accused me of promoting conspiracy theories because I told him, during an earlier telephone conversation, that some Americans had religious objections to the MMR vaccine because it contained fetal tissue. “There is no fetal tissue in the MMR,” he told me.

This is a segment from a videotaped deposition of Stanley Plotkin, the inventor of the MMR vaccine. Plotkin admits to butchering 76 aborted normally developing fetuses, all over three months old, in just one of the many studies that led to the development of his vaccine.

The rubella virus used in MMR-II is grown on the cultured cell line composed of lung tissue from an aborted three-month-old female embryo and listed as “WI-38 human diploid lung fibroblasts” in the ingredients of MMR-II as portions of these cells end up in each vial of MMR II.

During Dr. Plotkin’s deposition, Attorney Aaron Siri asked: “Isn’t it true that MMR II contains approximately 150 nanograms cells substrate double-strand DNA and single-strand DNA per dose purposefully fragmented to approximately 215 base pairs in length?” Dr. Plotkin answered: “Yeah, that’s probably correct, yes.”

This equals approximately 646 billion pieces of human DNA from an aborted fetal cell line in each vial of MMR-II.

In addition to the human DNA, there is also an unspecified amount of human cellular debris in each dose of MMR-II.

During our phone conversation, Governor Shapiro also accused me of promoting vaccine misinformation. When I asked him for an example, he was unable to provide one, but this did not deter him from publicly repeating that accusation during his press event. As I told him, HHS does not tolerate misinformation by any employee. I offered to point to hundreds of instances of vaccine misinformation by the Biden administration about which I had never heard him complain.

Governor Shapiro also faulted me for the decline in Pennsylvania vaccination rates from 97% - 93.2%. When I pushed back on this assertion, he acknowledged that most of the decline occurred during the Biden administration. It’s unfortunately true that the government lockdowns, deceptions, manipulation, and overreach during Covid severely damaged public faith in the vaccine program.

Governor Shapiro’s press conference was an example of the same species of gaslighting.

The Trump administration is working to restore public trust not by gaslighting or manipulating, but by being truthful, at last, with the public.

At SBM in 2022 economist and lawyer Eric Kramer responded to jay Bhattacharya's essay on the number of excess deaths in New Zealand circa 2021. Kramer stated that, "Bhattacharya’s most compelling argument is that the zero COVID policy led to an increase in non-COVID mortality that substantially offset the COVID deaths the policy averted. If this were true, it would indeed be a powerful criticism of New Zealand’s policy. However, the best available estimates suggest that excess non-COVID mortality in New Zealand was negative during the pandemic – fewer people died than we would have expected based on historical data. New Zealand’s COVID policy appears to have prevented thousands of COVID deaths, with no offsetting increase in non-COVID mortality...Throughout the pandemic, Bhattacharya has criticized the media and his professional colleagues for misleading the public about COVID. He can set an example by retracting his misleading essay on New Zealand’s COVID policy." Dr. Bhattacharya was appointed by RFK Jr.

In the article "How Anti-Vaccine Influencers View a Vaccine Death vs. A Measles Death" at the Vaxopedia.org substack today, the author discussed the with-measles-versus-from-measles question (Dr. Oz raised it here) as it pertains to a recent death in Pennsylvania. The author then stated, "Why don’t they apply that same level of skepticism to all of the deaths in VAERS that they claim are caused by vaccines? In those cases, there is no “from” vs “with” debate. When it comes to VAERS, they are all automatically vaccine deaths, even when it is very obvious that they aren’t."

Dr Oz: "I don't want anyone in America concerned inappropriately. We don't know exactly what happened in Pennsylvania yet. We don't know if the children died from measles or had another condition that was already attacking them and they happened to get measles at the same time. We lived this during covid where we erroneously attributed children dying to covid when it fact they didn't die of covid. They were dying and they happened to have covid in their system at that time.

Nah, the infant died from lung cancer after a lifetime of smoking.

The Skeptical Raptor discussed a recent study on the vaccine for the rotavirus, one of the vaccines that is in play right now. Michael Simpson wrote:

"In a paper published on 12 August 2026 in Lancet Child & Adolescent Health, Mary Moran, PhD, MPH, CDC’s Division of Viral Diseases, and colleagues analyzed data from 22 countries between July 2007 and August 2023 in the Multi-National Subpopulations Study to Evaluate Rotavirus Vaccines (MNSSTER-V). The researchers included 27,252 children younger than age 5 years who presented to a hospital or emergency department with acute gastroenteritis, defined as at least three episodes of non-bloody, non-chronic diarrhea in 24 hours.
Here are the key results:
* Among children ages 3 months to 4 years, receiving at least one dose of a rotavirus vaccine was 75.8% effective at preventing death from rotavirus-positive acute gastroenteritis.
* Compared with children who received at least one dose of rotavirus vaccine, those with no reported rotavirus vaccination were nearly 14X more likely to die from acute gastroenteritis.
...
This study shows that the rotavirus vaccine is extremely effective in preventing death from gastroenteritis in infants. It is literally a vaccine that saves lives."

These kids that died didn't eat right and exercise shirtless enough.
