Every time Iran kills an American Soldier they will pay for that killing many times over!
This directive has been passed on to Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Daniel Caine, and every Leader in the Military.

I have a sick feeling that, despite people in his own party telling thim the War could wreck the GOP chances in November, Trump will continue the war and maybe even escalate it. I would not be surprised if he does start a ground war.

We need an army of manly warrior men!

How dare they kill our soldiers in a war! We mostly kill their civilians, they're not supposed to shoot back!

So Iran now knows officially that if they do anything, the US will always escalate. This war might never end.
 
There will be a ceasefire when the US runs out of bombs - again.
It took about 3 months to refill the magazines, so expect a ceasefire soon, with some lukewarm negotiations followed by more bombing right before the Midterms.

I hope so. The more US casualties the better.

Sad that it has to be this way, but all the nicer options have failed - impeachment, Covid, elections, congress, assassination - nothing worked. The Universe insists on keeping Trump in play until the bitter end. If ever proof was needed that there is no God, this is it.

He should start over; "If they don't surrender, we're going to shine bright lights at some of them when they sleep, so that they will be quite annoyed", and then he has lots of room to escalate

Sure it will. We have the template for success - bomb the place to bits, roll our tanks into Tehran, haul the Ayatollah out of the hole he's hiding in and string him up, have 'free' elections where our preferred candidate wins, and call it Mission Accomplished - then continue occupying the country for the next 20 years.

We are no longer in the Vietnam era with The Press getting information on casualties and access to the theater of war.
Israel has suffered truly massive, unprecedented numbers of casualties, but because of censorship this is made easy to ignore by the Public.
In a time when only regime-loyal journalists get access to briefings, a war can cause terrible harm to your own country and troops and you won't know if you don't use international news sources.

I agree, while it's bombing and missiles it's just a game to him and his cult.

It will take serious American casualties to end it.
