Florida opens criminal investigation into Tate brothers

STATEMENT OF JOSEPH D. MCBRIDE, ATTORNEY FOR ANDREW AND TRISTAN TATE

The world knows Andrew and Tristan Tate are innocent. Their enemies know it best of all. That is exactly why they have been attacked.

Last night, the United Kingdom, a corrupt and fallen nation that jails its own citizens for tweets while ignoring rape gangs it found too inconvenient to prosecute, conjured up a wave of charges against the Tate brothers. This is not law enforcement. This is a political hit ordered by a dying empire that fears two free men with a microphone more than it fears actual criminals walking its streets.

Understand what Britain just did. There is a long-standing agreement between the UK and Romanian governments that the UK would not seek extradition while the Romanian proceedings are pending. Those proceedings are ongoing right now. That agreement exists because no nation gets to trample the judicial sovereignty of another for political convenience. The UK shredded its own word the moment it became useful to shred it. That is who they are.

And the timing is no accident. For years, I have been litigating a defamation lawsuit in Palm Beach, Florida, that has absolutely destroyed the baseless allegations against the Tate brothers, piece by piece, under oath, on the record. That case goes to trial within six months. The UK knows it. They watched their lies get demolished in an American courtroom, and they panicked. This extradition demand has one purpose: to kidnap Andrew and Tristan through paperwork before an American jury exposes the truth to the entire world.

Worse, our understanding is that this arrest was greenlighted by a low-level functionary at the Department of Justice who never got approval from leadership. Think about that. Two men who came to this country openly, lawfully, and peacefully were thrown in a cage on the say-so of a bureaucrat freelancing with the full force of American law enforcement.

We are confident that once a competent judge sees the facts, and once the Department of Justice confronts this egregious abuse of its own authority, Andrew and Tristan Tate will walk free. America does not do Britain's political dirty work. Not here. Never.

America is watching. The world is watching. And we will win.

UPDATE: ANDREW & TRISTAN TATE ARE IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT

Days ago, Andrew and Tristan Tate exercised their constitutional rights by visiting the US Capitol in Washington, D.C. They held meetings about their UK party, the midterms, and 2028. They also met with friends and members of Congress.

Now they sit in a 5x12 cell as political prisoners on American soil, in SOLITARY CONFINEMENT.

Make no mistake about it: they are being punished for daring to exercise their First Amendment Rights.

They are also being hunted by a despotic UK Government that wants to bury them in a foreign prison for the rest of their lives.

We met with them today. They are dressed in orange jumpsuits like Al Qaeda terrorists at Guantanamo Bay. Two innocent men, charged with nothing in America, dressed like enemy combatants.

Florida AG James Uthmeier, a low-testosterone deep state asset who hates free speech, tweeted "How the turntables…" celebrating the arrest of two innocent men, because he's a sad joke of a man who can't get over the fact that we wiped the floor with him last year.

This is un-American and unconscionable.

Love Andrew and Tristan or hate them. It does not matter.

When American citizens can be caged for their politics, every single one of you is next.

Mark my words, today it is Andrew and Tristan.

Tomorrow it will be Trump.

Then it will be you.

We have court first thing tomorrow.

Let your voices be heard.

Speak out. Now.
No, wait . . . yes.

STFU, Martina McBride.

I might have that wrong.

ETA: Although there's no telling how Trump might intervene, considering these are his people. You know, scum.

I think it's more interesting than that.

First, it's a lawyer's office issuing a statement on behalf of their client. It's anybody's guess what they really think or believe.

Second, it's obvious this lawyer understands his assignment perfectly, and also understands exactly the kind of rhetoric his clients expect from him. Dude earned his paycheck today.

Third, it's also pretty obvious that the whole screed is aimed at drumming up support for the Tates in the court of public opinion. The lawyer is clearly hoping to get as many non-Tatist Trumpers on board as possible. Honestly I'm doubtful it will work. Anyone who wasn't already into Andrew Tate probably won't be swayed by this statement. When even the Governor of Florida comes out against you publicly,...

Still, it's important to stay on-brand, I suppose.

Marco Rubio, as Secretary of State, holds the final decision on whether Andrew and Tristan Tate get extradited to the UK.

Their lawyer claims the arrest was greenlit by a low-level DOJ functionary without any approval from leadership.

If that’s true, it’s completely unacceptable. We should never cheer on rogue actors inside the DOJ doing the British government’s dirty work.

America First means protecting our own process, not outsourcing justice to foreign governments.

Like I’ve said, you don’t have to like them, but respect they’re still US citizens and deserve to be treated fair.

Who dat?

U.S. citizens are jailed and charged with rape all the time, Gina.

Oh, but surely they can't be arrested "without any approval from leadership"?

That's twice now we've heard that little slogan repeated, and I'm pretty sure that means it must be, like, the law or something. I mean, if people in the Department of Justice can just go about the place, recklessly doing their jobs without seeking and getting approval from leadership for everything, I mean it would just be anarchy.

Oh FFS Gina, everybody knows who has the final decision and it's not Rubio.

If you take out the head and chest and just saw the lower half of this picture, you'd swear its a woman being arrested. The slender arms and legs, I'm pretty sure I see hips. Not to mention he's wearing pedal pushers and what look like women's shoes.

Turns out the world's biggest alpha-male influencer has the body of a woman. Maybe that's why he's so angry.

He has the crotch of a woman. He posted a photo of him in budgie smugglers and it isn't just that they left nothing to the imagination. They also showed nothing.
