Even if any of that were true, it would all be irrelevant once they have splashed down. There is zero risk of radiation at that point.
Since you have previously been corrected on all the predicate points you raise, Aldrin's health is not whose you should be worried about.It is a wonder they lived to a ripe old age, with Aldrin still going strong in his 90's.
