Trump presidential library cost = $1.4 billion dollar Kuwaiti jet, only Donny can use it.

I'm pretty sure one couldn't cut off any sealant that wasn't already separating. Yeah, it might be a crime to pull or cut off a piece but the fact that one could do that says the sabotage is coming from within the no bid contract.
