We should demand that State Legislatures do what the Supreme Court says must be done. That is more important than administrative convenience. True enough. With that said, there's also evidence that many of those who pose as such are actually conman and fraudsters, rather than unaware. There's further evidence, I think, that the Trump Administration is largely composed of con artists, rather than those who are simply unaware.
