General UK politics VIII - The Last Tory

Anyone remember the children's TV show 'Bod'? The second short in each episode was an animal orchestra that would save the day and then the frog conductor would be rewarded with a milkshake and all the other animals would try to guess what flavour he'd get... That's Farage's Dry Cleaner that is. That's how he passes the time. It's his favourite game.

I never thought I’d say this in all my 26 year political career:
ABOLISH THE MONARCHY

People with jobs also get child benefit.
But this is code for saying the Muslims are having lots of kids to get rhr benefit and replace us

The two-child benefit cap officially comes to an end today - more handouts for more indolence. Billions. All funded the British taxpayer.

The message to healthy people on benefits who want more children?

GET A JOB.

Restore Britain will crush parasitic Britain.

Farmer Lowe, that hoary handed son of the stock market owns lots of agricultural land to avoid inheritance tax, I wonder how many of the people actually working that land qualify for some kind of benefits to top up their wages?

Not the most surprising legal result.

Apparently if you are a Tory MP, and defect to a different party, the Conservative Association is allowed to lock you out of their building, and are not obliged to provide you with an office.

Quite seriously I am so concerned for the future of the country that my other half and I have brought forward all our retirement plans so we can batten down the hatches until we die. I was brought up with the fear of nuclear war, terrorism and under Thatcher, yet I have never felt as much fear for the future as I do today after I have seen what happened in the USA. I joke in this thread as a coping mechanism!

We hadn't expected the tsunami of reaction from the recent USA actions, we hope we can just about keep ahead of that.

I'm 74 and moved to Spain as soon as that ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ referendum result was in. Never regretted a day.

Blimey!

It's up to £81K now.

Under Labour, someone WORKING on £35k salary is £1,400 worse off

But someone NOT working with 3+ kids could get £81k a year of benefits

This is becoming a DISGRACE

Rewarded for not working & PUNISHED for working harder for less

We have two in my village but we have three yes three so called "charity shops" and we all know you can get more than just crockery at those!
We've got at least 7 charity shops and 10 barbers (not sure how many are "Turkish"). I've not been offered anything dodgy at any of them.

One of the best haircuts I ever had was when we lived in Brizzle in the late '90s by a Turkish barber near St Nicholas' Market.

But in those days all the barbers I frequented in Brizzle were Italian or Turkish in background - lots of good haircuts.

Reform member of course.

Chamberlain rebuild Britain's defences and declared war on Germany.

President Trump has compared Keir Starmer to Neville Chamberlain, who is well known for his appeasement over the interests of Britain.

"The UK has a long way to go. We don't want another Neville Chamberlain."

Trump is right about the wet wipe in number 10.

You need to earn 135 grand a year in the U.K. to take home the same monthly pay as someone receiving full Universal Credit (£6,142/month)

How can this be?
