TACO ran away from the court (which wasn't work. Any other president would have been allowed enter during such a case). Watching the rocket ship was most definitely goofing off work. The speech was a bunch of self aggrandizing lies and showed how divorced from reality TACO is, showing he's not capable of doing the job he's being handsomly paid for. And the bunch of other stuff is him sharting all over twitter and probably boozing with Kegsbreath.
