I see this has been bothering you so I took a look again. I think the gun is there the whole time but it looks like he's wearing one or two close-fitting layers of clothing over the top of it. Here he is getting tackled to the ground...Maybe. I still don't understand how the firearm appeared though. It appears that Pretti wasn't wearing a retention holster, so that weapon should've flown out during that wrestling match.


Here it is popping out as his top rides up a fraction later:

This is almost the last frame before the camera waves up at the sky. When it comes back down Pretti's been turned around by the cops, and we don't see that area again until he gets away by which point the gun is fully out.
The agents not spotting it is odd but they are right on top of him so its possible they didn't see it.
