Trump's promised ICE raids have begun

(Assuming that by "that word," you mean "patriot"...)

Yes, we have seen it before. I remember in the 70's and thereabouts hearing a lot of "America! Love it or leave it!" from the same sort of "patriot" who seemed to take it for an unquestioning, mindless, drooling adherence to whatever line had been laid down for them to follow- there was (and still is) an insistence on "law and order" where the only actual desire was for the "order" without much regard for the "law" part.
Laura Norder types never care about the law nor justice.

From what I have read, this is incorrect.
Groups and individuals not in the crosshairs of the Nazis did not have their guns confiscated, or their access to guns curtailed, unless insofar as the war production prioritized providing the military.
Arbitrary enforcement, as with all authoritarian regimes, was of course the norm.

Obviously the Nazis did not restrict anyone who was a party member or not considered a threat.

I need some help here, I thought i was up to date, bur apparently not; is Joe Biden still president? I thought he left, oh, I dunno, about a year ago, or so? I also seem to remember that there was a lot of talk about his age, and suppposed lack of mental acuity... Has he gone rogue, and is now out stealing guns from people?

Sara Wiles is really mad:
Because no one is coming to save us but us.

Look at Minneapolis.
The mayor is not protecting the people.
The governor is not protecting the people.
The police are not protecting the people.

The people are protecting the people.

And that’s the part I need you to really sit with.
So are you going to tap in and be a helper? Or are you going to let them win? Because those are our only choices.

Biden is gone, but he set up a rube goldberg machine of hidden policies, interventions and obstructions that stymie every attempt of Trump to fix things even in the absence of a guiding intelligence.

In other words, this administration is either evil or less intelligent than a hamster in a wheel.

Indeed, citizens were encouraged to take up shooting and join clubs to improve their marksmanship.

BASH: Where did he assault a federal officer? It looked to us from every angle that he was approached by them when he was helping another individual who was pushed down

BOVINO: Dana, we don't need a suspect's help in an active law enforcement scene

BASH: So when somebody is pushed down by law enforcement, you're saying you just stand back and let law enforcement do what they're doing?

BOVINO: Follow directions of law enforcement

Massacre law enforcement
Good job taking him down

BASH: You said he wanted to 'massacre law enforcement.' What evidence do you have that he wanted to 'massacre law enforcemeant'? It doesn't like like that

BOVINO: I believe the fantastic training that our law enforcement partners have prevented any specific, ahhh, shootings of law enforcement. So good job by our law enforcement in taking him down before he was able to do that
