Trump's promised ICE raids have begun

The horror!.

BREAKING: Rioters are now pouring BUCKETS OF WATER right outside the driveway of ICE Minneapolis in order to make agents SLIP AND FALL when they’re attempting to make arrests

This is DISGUSTING.

These degenerates are getting away with WAY too much

Don't worry Nick, you dis-informationist fascist ◊◊◊◊, I'm sure the masked cowards will execute more citizens soon.

It will be hard to feel any pity for his plight if so.
I don't feel the least sorry for him. My point was more about how the Trump regime's ineptitude continues to undermine its agenda.

Wherever he is right now I'm sure he realises the law will eventually catch up with him, even though a current crop of politicians feel the need to pretend he's in the clear.
It is notoriously difficult to prosecute any sort of law enforcement officer even under the best of circumstances. He will probably not face any consequences for his reckless actions. This is a major longstanding problem in the United States—Quis einem custodiet ipsos custodes? If your enforcers cannot themselves be held accountable to the law, there is effectively no law. People who have no legal recourse for wrongs committed against them will not just stop seeking recourse. They'll just resort to less legal methods. Chaos then ensues.

If I follow what was being posited, not only was what he was doing at the time of the shooting really not his job, but the entire ICE deployment into Minnesota was not done with the intention of fulfilling ICE's job. So he has a much weakened chance of any defence that he was faithfully carrying out his duties.
Yes. Contrary to what the Trump regime is saying, federal officers do not have absolute immunity from state charges. Instead, a federal officer charged with a state offense can attempt to make a showing that the charged conduct was part of his official duties and therefore that the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution applies. This is his burden of proof, and it must be particular as to all of scope, necessity, and lawfulness under federal law. Officer Ross' claim is already shaky on scope and necessity grounds—ICE has a specific mission that does not include general law enforcement, and the surveillance and harassment of protesters or observers does not fall within that mission, nor is necessary to the enforcement of immigration law. But now ICE officials have weaked his claim also on lawfulness grounds. If his conduct was part of an effort to violate the 10th Amendment, it is not lawful under federal law.

Why do they even bother asking questions? Like, sure, you've told us nothing but lies for years, but this, madam, is THIS too a lie?
If you're going to ask questions like that, at least use the correct terminology. Ms Good was murdered, not killed. It wasn't some accident it was a deliberate and successful attempt to take her life with malice aforethought.

Why are they attempting to make arrests "right outside the driveway of ICE Minneapolis"?

Phillip: They didn’t even have a warrant to break down the door

Jennings: They know an illegal alien lives there

Phillip: Do you think they need a warrant to break down the door?

Jennings: I know he is an illegal alien

Phillip: They do need a warrant

Jennings: To arrest an illegal alien?
