The facts of the case have been discussed extensively, and your attempts at legal analysis have been thoroughly addressed several times with little if any comment from you. I conclude you are unserious.The failure of most in this discussion is that the incident is being argued based on emotion rather than the legal standard pr established facts of the case.
ICE has a limited law enforcement role, chiefly civil enforcement (think building inspectors). They have no business trying to harass, profile, or intimidate peaceful protesters. They are not general law enforcement agents.When you think from that state of mind it makes sense why impeding law enforcement, evading detainment, and assault with a deadly weapon (the vehicle) are downplayed as they are. Screw the legal standard in that case.
