Trump's promised ICE raids have begun

The failure of most in this discussion is that the incident is being argued based on emotion rather than the legal standard pr established facts of the case.
You must be reading some other thread. The facts of the case have been discussed extensively, and your attempts at legal analysis have been thoroughly addressed several times with little if any comment from you. I conclude you are unserious.

When you think from that state of mind it makes sense why impeding law enforcement, evading detainment, and assault with a deadly weapon (the vehicle) are downplayed as they are. Screw the legal standard in that case.
ICE has a limited law enforcement role, chiefly civil enforcement (think building inspectors). They have no business trying to harass, profile, or intimidate peaceful protesters. They are not general law enforcement agents.

You are simply repeating the same mantras over and over again with little attention paid to what is said to you in response.

We could probably benefit from less emotive language, such as saying Good "floored it" when the video evidence shows she actually backed up, steered away and then drove away under control.

It's hard to tell when the first shot was fired, if there was any contact with Ross beside him hitting the car with his phone hand it was likely the result of his shooting the driver.

So who shot him?

Leavitt: The media is complicit in this violence. If you look at the headline from CNN "Protests erupt after federal agents shoots man in Minneapolis." That is not the story. That's not the truth

They deserve to be shot.

Leavitt: If you look at some of the images out of Minneapolis, look at this vehicle. It says F ICE. You have individuals putting their middle finger proudly so at the camera.

STFU, you lying, feckless, ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ ◊◊◊◊. I am sure there are many who proudly put up their middle finger at you, as well as your boss. I am doing it now. ◊◊◊◊ you, and your corrupt administration.

Q: What steps is the administration asking ICE to take to ensure that Americans are not wrongly arrested?

LEAVITT: There have been hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens who have been arrested and detained and deported by ICE over the last year. That's their intention and goal

LEAVITT: Why was Renee Good unfortunately and tragically killed?

REPORTER: Because an ICE agent acted recklessly and killed her unjustifiably

LEAVITT: Oh, ok. So you're a biased reporters with a biased opinion. You're a left-wing hack.

Oh don't get your gramma panties in a bunch, Lievitt. The biggest hack in that room at any given time is you.

"I am logic and you are emotion" isn't a flex when you've been shown again and again that the Agent's approach and firing are against Department policies yet ignore it over and over.

Let me guess... here ICE is seen as a rogue entity that isn't qualified as a legitimate division of law enforcement? It would seem that way if you you have party leadership constantly replacing the word "illegal" with "undocumented" to reference immigrants that donnot have a valid status, and when they constantly refer to immigration enforceras gestapos and neo nazis bent on public executions.

Or just grabbing random citizens, smashing up their vehicles, and beating the hell out of them before dumping them in a parking lot. Or just "disappearing" them.

When you think from that state of mind it makes sense why impeding law enforcement, evading detainment, and assault with a deadly weapon (the vehicle) are downplayed as they are. Screw the legal standard in that case.

ICE seemed perfectly capable of doing their job without being geared out like they were fighting in Iraq. In fact they were more efficient that way. They've been going out of their way to agitate people and there is no purpose to it beyond trying to create a crisis.

Also: "Deadly" yeah, as I pointed out there can be more danger crossing the street in a city or walking through a busy Mall parking lot than that agent ever faced, and he wasn't supposed to stand in front of the car in the first place.
