Faked undercover/unmarked cars are notable.
Dark paint, a common law enforcement used model, steel rims and performance blackwall tires as used in fleets.
Decor is lights in the back window, behind the grill and possibly an A pillar spotlight. Stickers related to law enforcement agencies discretely on the windows are only on the faked ones. The license plate should be a government or fleet type in the US but on fakes are civvie issue or obscured/missing.
GM suv, Ford Crown Victoria, late model Dodge cars are common units.
Stuff you see in cop shows on TV commonly.
These guys try hard and uniforms are the easiest to get via shops.
One police agency found a late model yellow Caddilac in impound and used it as unmarked for two years. Same little mods to fleet standards.
If you were cruising through at night and seen it just drop down to speed limits without brakelights and he let you pass.
Too many kids would hotrod it through on near empty streets and got pulled over. I seen them. I rolled through in a rusted out AMC Pacer with one tail light and slightly loud exaust every night for months.
