Trump's promised ICE raids have begun

Transient mental derangement; PTSD, he had a flash back to being dragged by a car previously and in that flashback he thought he had a taser in his hand. At least that is what I would think could be a possible defence.
DHS/ICE leaders and the president have already given his defence,
“did as trained when threatened by domestic terrorist”.

ICE, unlike actual military, aren’t trained to be “suckers and losers”.

Who the hell ever said that and when?! I specifically listed Murder II and I haven't seen anyone advocate for M1.
I've seen it posted here multiple times that this was an 'execution'. Anyone advocating for that position should understand the implication of that if they're demanding he be held liable. But alright.

An execution need not be premeditated. I don't know why you think that kind of weaksauce excuse lets you say people all calling for Murder 1.

The video footage showing the officers telling her to get out of the car, and her accelerating the car to get away? Her vehicle making contact with the officer?
None of which are evidence that they had the legal right to detain her, or that she was resisting said illegal detainment, or was impeding them in any way. A logical response to this situation would be to leave, especially since he drew his pistol on her first, and that is exactly what she tried to do. But if you are going to frame this as she was "fleeing" well then what was she fleeing from? You sound very unsure yourself given that you pose your answers as questions.

I am sure DHS will show in court where their probable cause came from and the irrefutable evidence that she was impeding them right? I mean no one would make this claim if they can't prove it right?

Seems like they’re going balls to the wall to instigate something.
I've seen footage of them going door to door, armed as if they're in Fallujah. Most of the iceholes are playground warriors, and this is bound for trouble. Look what happened when a battle veteran got all frustrated and decided to kill an unarmed citizen. Anyway, the iceholes could shoot up a household, and the corrupt adminstration will gaslight it; hell, cultists will spin it for them, as we have seen throughout this thread.

A delightful holiday festival of lies! (I especially enjoy the inclusion of the debunked, grainy, sped-up video snippet.) Makes your blood boil.

No serious investigation and determined analysis, however long it takes, before issuing a report. Nope, just a rapid-response rush to the propaganda podium. Does that spunky mouthpiece get paid by the word, I wonder? Don’t spend it all in one place.

You're correct. It was her alleged obstruction of ICE enforcement that prompted the detainment order. Blocking roads, beeping horns, anything that would slow or delay their work to detain the subject of their original warrant. Which I've covered voluminously already.

But if you are going to frame this as she was "fleeing" well then what was she fleeing from?
The moment the officers told her to exit she was legally obligated to step out.
She floored the vehicle instead. That's what qualifies as "fleeing and evading a lawful order" - a felony in the eyes of the law.
The only question that is relevant for the rest is whether the officer had a reasonable belief that he was in imminent risk of injury or death.
It's not about the driver's intent.

You can keep making this a political issue if you want. But at the end of the day, that's not how interpretation of the law works.

ICE totaled this car, abducted a woman, and then left it in the middle of Snelling Avenue, one of the busiest streets in the Twin Cities. This isn’t law and order, this state sanctioned terrorism.
