The distressed woman complained about a man in the women's changing room. He insisted he was a woman and that it was discriminatory to exclude him from the female facilities. The gym supported him, insisting that they were an inclusive establishment, and revoked the woman's gym membership.

I would agree with anyone who said, but this guy isn't trans. Of course, defining trans is essentially impossible and boils down to "anyone who says they're trans is trans", which is what he is taking advantage of, but in normal parlance he looks like a bloke trying it on to get into the women's changing room. So we can happily declare that this isn't an offence that can be debited to the poor vulnerable trans flowers.

No, it's just what happens when you prioritise the demands of men who want to go into women's spaces with no concern at all for the women for whom these spaces were created.
 
Since it seems to have happened in New York Los Angeles* (as the previous arrests we were discussing happened in London), he'll be waiting a long time.

He completely misread a report, decided that women's rights protesters had been arrested when in fact the arrests were of trans activists, decided that it had happened in Edinburgh when in fact it happened in London, and then claimed to be playing five-dimensional chess?

Seriously, this medical butchery being perpetrated on children will end up being even bigger, and even worse than the thalidomide scandal of the 1960s. We look back on that generation in horror at how that was ever allowed to happen, and our children and grandchildren will look back accusingly at our generation and have the same questions about children being maimed and disfigured by gender-ideology captured quacks!!

Now I despise The Fat Orange Turd, and most of the stuff he and his sycophants stand for (and I have well documented form here in the US Politics foruam shwing exatly whatbI think of him. However, have you seen the way the Panorama clip was edited together?

Go take a look, and if you think that is a fair and balanced way to have edited that clip, then you are living in a far-left La La Land. I EXPECT that sort of bollocks from Fox News, Newsmax and MSNBC etc. I DON'T expect that from the Beeb - they're supposed to be better than that - it is beneath them to indulge in that sort of crap.

It was an attempt to discredit the source of a report Thermal didn't like. Classic argumentum ad hominem really. Anyone or any source presenting facts that trouble Thermal's world-view is dismissed as bigoted and simply inventing the story.

Thermal mentioned it as a one-line passing reference, demonstrating the well-known bias of the source. The BBC footage was not news being doctored; it was a freaking Panorama sequence from a four and a half year old well-publicized event. By its nature, a Panorama will be entirely edited and showing clips to make bullet points. Describing it as 'doctoring footage of Trump' is deliberately giving the impression that the BBC was altering actual news.

You really need to elevate your understanding of the fallacies if you are going to invoke them so often.

First off, ad hom isn't remotely relevant. Genetic/origin fallacy is where you should have gone. Ad hom is for when the reason is irrelevant to the argument.

Second, you are wrong on the structure (again). Fallacious reasoning would mean the argument was wrong because the source is not credible. My argument is the source is biased, and here's an example.

I get that you like to throw the Latin around to sound brilliant, but when you flub it this badly, you give the opposite impression.
