Since it can officially only be officially awarded to Korean heads of state or their spouses and only for meritorious reasons, this is very likely a ceremonial presentation, not the real thing.

In other words, they are appeasing the demented dolt with fake gifts of gold.

To make this even better, I hope that particular crown is just spray-painted cardboard... ;)

President Donald Trump called on US military leaders to resume testing US nuclear weapons in order to keep pace with other countries such as Russia and China.

"Because of other countries testing programs, I have instructed the Department of War to start testing our Nuclear Weapons on an equal basis," he wrote on social media just before meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping in South Korea

Trump's post did not include details of how the tests would occur, but wrote the "process will begin immediately".

Yes there are a lot of handles that presidents can turn. One problem is that turning them without understanding is a bad idea.

Of course, some handles he wants to turn are done from a malign intent, and he does understand them
 
I'm sure he's self-unaware enough and surrounded by enough sycophants that he will start wearing it in public, and his cult, who infamously have worn diapers, trash bags, and ear bandaids to his rallies, will see nothing wrong with that either. I guess they won't wear cardboard crowns, because crowns are a privilegue reserved for the king (then again they might be dumb enough to not realize that), but maybe they'll play their part by dressing up as medieval peasants.
