No, you call it that because you want to pretend the people protesting against Trump's outrageous power grab are the bad guys.
"The rumor" seems to be an invention by an imbecile. You're pretending to believe the government shutdown, which the Trump regime are so pleased about, is being sustained by a small group of people who have no political power at all save for being voters and having the right to peacefully protest. How does that work in your "rumor"? Do they sneak into the Capitol wearing false moustaches and sneakily vote on stuff?
