And I even linked to the full appeal ruling, so he could read it in all its legal glory. so no doubt we will get a fully considered, point by point discussion of the actions of all the lawyers involved and the quality of their decision making.

I suggest you look at my posting history for the last dozen years on this forum with regards to the GQP, The Fat Orange Turd, gun violence, abortion, systemic racism, the environment. That's where your "evidence" is... my positions on thos things remain unchanged.

Although I guess you could be right in one way. From the perspective of members of the radical loony left (of which there are plenty on this forum, and indeed, in this thread) anyone even slightly right of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez would look like a far right fascist
