Merged Charlie Kirk shot at Utah Valley University event. / Charlie Kirk Shot And Killed

who decides?
Judges.

Seriously, people who are okay with a judges issuing death penalties think it is a step too far for them to rule over the limits of Free Speech?

Free Speech is not a panacea - it's just one part of what a reasonably free and democratic societies needs, balanced against all the other needs.
Here's the thing though. Theyve already decided what speech is protected under the 1st amendment.

It has to be a specific call. Like a cable news host saying, go kill the first gay person you see. Him saying, I think stoning gay people sounds awesome. Is legal. There is also the issue of enforcement. The POTUS says it, and the only mechanism is congress to remove him from office. For punishing a media outlet? That's the FCC and the head of the FCC is Trumps buddy.

If we had the laws you want, right now, its very obvious to me that they'd be weaponized against thr left.

The law or lack thereof isn't determining what they do. In fact I'd argue that the only thing that hinders or stops them is pushback rather than acquiescence.

Kirk was also an antisemite.
Hitchens' Razor: What can be asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.
Are you claiming the below is ai??
Or that the trope he's pushing isn't antisemitic cause its coming from the right?

How does the sentence, "What can be asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence," entail either of the above claims? That's a rhetorical question, BTW, because the answer is that it obviously does not.

ETA: I have now watched that video clip. There is not a single antisemitic sentiment expressed anywhere in it. In fact, the exact opposite is true. Kirk is encouraging the Jewish community to better-oppose antisemitism. You quoted a single superficially sounding phrase out of context that actually had the opposite meaning of what you were insinuating. You defamed a murdered man. Nice work.

BTW, since I had already quoted your post in its entirety, there was no point in deleting it.

Charlie Kirk.

I'll tell you what, she would be a lot easier to beat than Joe Biden. Joe Biden is a bumbling, dementia-filled Alzheimer's, corrupt, tyrant who should honestly be put in prison and/or given the death penalty for his crimes against America.

And it's the Democrats who are the party of violence.

Returning to the matter of what should be allowed as Free Speech, three days ago, an autistic man in the UK (Peter North) was arrested and taken into custody for sharing a meme...

Here is what he shared (in the spoiler so as not to offend the snowflakes)

FPMeme.jpg

The redactions are the F-word for those who cannot work this out for themselves

Remember, this wasn't his meme, he shared someone else's meme.

So, I have questions, especially for those here who seem comfortable with suppressing controversial opinions.

1. Do you think this speech should be suppressed? If so, please justify?

2. Do you think the law should be such that someone who says this should be arrested? If so, please justify
That's being discussed in a different thread.

I don’t believe you.

I don't care what you believe. It's a fact. That's the great thing about facts, they aren't a religion, your belief, or lack thereof, means absolutely nothing.
It's not my job to research someone else's claim.

Nor was I asking you to, but it does look like someone else did it. I wasn't trying to convince you because I don't care what some random internet MAGA chooses to believe or not believe.

Kirk is a violent piece of ◊◊◊◊ that had no issues saying horrific ◊◊◊◊ about anyone he didn't like on a very public, very open platform. Unfortunately a very violent person took offense to those statements and killed him.

Yes. Yes they are. Because words aren't violence, violence is violence. It wasn't a Republican that actually killed a prominent Democrat activist. It wasn't multiple Republicans who recently attempted to assassinate a Democrat president. It wasn't Republicans becoming fan boys for the murderer of a health care CEO. You can point to all the out-of-context rhetoric you want, but the actual political violence in the US now is coming from the left, not the right.

So far, all I see is an allegation, backed up by nothing.

It was literally quoted from Kirk. It was complete with link. That's a pathetic level of denial, even for you.
Kirk's comments can be heard at the 6:30 mark (via Rumble) after the clip of Harris (emphasis, ours):

I know what you're thinking, we've got to get Joe Biden out of the way so we can run up against Kammy. Oh my goodness, is she beatable. It's like Black Hillary on steroids. Is she Black? I guess she says she's Caribbean or whatever. Doesn't matter. She gives these speeches, and it just has this aura of totalitarianism. My team says she is Indian and Caribbean.

I'll tell you what, she would be a lot easier to beat than Joe Biden. Joe Biden is a bumbling, dementia-filled Alzheimer's, corrupt, tyrant who should honestly be put in prison and/or given the death penalty for his crimes against America.

It wasn't a Republican that broke into a prominent Democrat state Representative's home and murdered her and her husband before going to another prominent Democrat's house and tried to kill him and his wife, after which the President didn't even bother checking in and instead took the opportunity to insult the governor of Minnesota....er wait.

And a notorious Republican senator gloated over it.
