I continue to find trump's erratic approach to coloring his hair to be a sign (one of many!) of his decline.

They only threw out the penalty, not the conviction.

Right, and Trump tried to spin it in his favor today, but I would not be surprised, if his dietary preferences don’t kill him, that he will be absolved from the crime itself, because the USA does possess the best judicial system that money can buy.
