They are requiring Democrats to sign “permission slips” and have a police escort in order to leave the chamber, and she refuses to sign it.

I know this is sheer conspiracy and my own fevered speculation. But how much of Giuliani's crusade against the Mafia pave the way for the Russians to come in...and also, how much has Russian dark money been used to prop up Trump's legacy in exchange for parking their money in his businesses?

Collier: I refused to sign and so I was told that I was gonna have to stay here on the floor. They have locked the doors. The sergeants have been instructed not to allow me to leave until I have a permission slip.

Under Texas Constitution Article 3 Section 10, the House can compel member attendance to maintain quorum, using methods and penalties it deems fit including escorts or restrictions on leaving the House.
